This three bedroom/two bath with a loft Lake Tahoe dog friendly vacation rental home with pool table accommodates 10 and is located in Agate Bay (between Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay on the north shore of Lake Tahoe). The vacation home has a upstairs bonus room with pool table, big screen tv with dvd, and bar. The downstairs features an open floor plan with the living room (tv & dvd), dining room and kitchen open to one another, hardwood floors, rock fireplace, flat screen TV& DVD, and the side deck features a 6 person hot tub. The Tahoe vacation rental is close to the dog friendly beach in north Tahoe (Patton Beach), Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and great hiking and biking trails.

*For weddings, family reunions and larger groups, this vacation rental is two doors away from the Lloyds Lodge Vacation Rental, and about 6 houses away from the Jerves North Tahoe Vacation Cottage.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

This was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. Beautiful location, clean place, and great amenities. And the hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating! If we ever get the chance, we would 100% return for another stay.

We had a great time staying here- the location was great, not too off the beaten path - it was nice to take a walk around the neighborhood on slower streets. The game room area was fun (pool table is in great condition) and the hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location. The kids love the area, the home had plenty of space and room to lounge, socialize and have a great time. Definitely a residential area, near stores and close to beach access. All went well and had a great time.

This cabin is so cute and so close to everything. We walked to a beach about a mile away and anything we wanted to drive to was within about 15 min. It was clean and had plenty of supplies (except toilet paper which they brought us promptly when notified). Some of the lights are plugs not switches (took us a while to figure out haha), but overall really great stay! Instructions for check in and out were very detailed so there was no confusion and Agate Realty is very responsive via email. Definitely recommend if you are visiting North Lake Tahoe.

The floors and carpets were clean, the amenities like laundry and hot tub were great to have and the location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet, but not secluded spot. Good communication with the host company for check-in and a few of issues that came up. The property could use some maintenance, but overall we were happy.

Great place to stay for a small group. The only issue is the walls are thin so if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem. However, it’s an older home and that should be somewhat expected. House was clean and had what we needed plus great common areas. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house was fully stocked with everything you needed. Had 4 tv’s a game room with pool/ping pong table. It had also a bar set up to hang out with family/friends. The beds were comfortable and the home was very cozy and well decorated. The hot tub was well maintained and clean also along with the entire house. We are booking this house again when we come back in the future. No unexpected surprises. Everything as listed.

The location of this house is great. A quick trip down the lake where you can rent paddleboards/kayaks and grab a coffee. Or, head to Gar Woods for an outdoor drink/meal. We also loved the neighborhood - not a lot of cars driving by so we were able to walk around with my dog/child feeling safe. We loved the pool table/ping pong table combo as well.

The place was very cozy. Hot tub was nice. Bedding was comfortable and easily slept 7 adults. However, the grill was very corroded and didn't cook well, plus there were no grill tools besides many pairs of tongs (no spatula). The sliding door handle was barely installed and fell off after a couple uses. Some of the furniture was superficially damaged (doors on tv stand not actually attached and only held in place with the magnet, would unexpectedly fall off when opened). Amenities were bare minimum, I've seen a lot more in a dwelling that cost a lot less. Overall, it was a good stay, but fell short of expectations, especially for the price.

Our stay at this location was nice. It felt a bit smaller than anticipated, but not bad. The house had a selection of games to play which was fun. And it was only two minutes from the dog beach.

Really enjoyed this house. It had everything we could have asked for in a place to stay. We had 10 people in our party and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils and equipment and plenty of space and storage. There was plenty of places to sit and relax and we really liked the dinning room table that was able to fit all 10 of us around it. Extra amenities such as towels, blankets, bedding, games videos, hot tub, access to the swimming pool, etc. were excellent. Wonderful location that was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle yet easy to get around. If coming back to Tahoe in the future this is where we will stay again.

This place is great! The pool table, movie collection, washer/dryer, and the hot tub were nice amenities. You can convert the pool table into a ping pong table, but we couldn't find the net or the paddles, which was a bummer. I would note that Lyfts/Ubers are few and no restaurants in the area deliver there, just in case you wind up there without transportation.

House was a great fit for our needs. House was in excellent location and in a nice quiet neighborhood. House has many entertainment options, cable tv, internet, board games, dvd's, blurays, pool table. Great value. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, often in rental houses this is not the case.

The Kaley Cabin, rented by Agate Bay Realty, is a great house - lots of room, great location, lots of amenities, accepts dogs - really wonderful. We had a great family vacation with 9 humans and 2 dogs. Agate Bay resolved a small issue (a sofa bed that wasn't usable) during our stay and gave us a small refund afterwards because of the inconvenience. We would definitely rent this house again, or another like it.

The host made us feel very welcome and they made us feel at home. They were very quick to respond any of our questions and everything went as smooth as possible. The house was beautiful and had more than we expected. We would definitely stay again.

From the game room to the hot tub, this cabin provided entertainment as well as comfort for 10 people! Everyone agreed we would definitely be coming back soon, not just for the cabin but for the beautiful scenery and feel of Lake Tahoe. We absolutely adored the cabin inside and out as well as the neighborhood.

Not fancy but comfortable and spacious. Good for extended family or group of friends. Two dining tables; two living areas; one pool table; one hot tub, a propane BBQ. And dog friendly. What's not to like?Newer floors and appliances since last time we stayed. Definitely needed it so thank you.One change we didn't care for was the conversion of two twin beds into bunk beds. Good for kids, but not for adults.Will stay here again.

The location of the Kaley home was ideal and convenient to all of our favorite Tahoe activities. The interior of the home was nicely appointed and well designed. All of the comforts of home were available. The hot tub was perfect and the pool table was a definite hit with the family. There were superb electronics with a flat screen TV in practically every room and great Wifi - kept the entire family happy with watching what they wanted. The "kids" bedroom was a huge hit with the bunk beds and the lifesize teddy bears. The kitchen had a good collection of dishes, pots and pans so our meals could be prepared. All in all, it was a wonderful home for a Tahoe vacation and we plan to return in the winter to the Kaley home for another vacation in Tahoe.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kaley property in Carnelian Bay. You can't beat the location and having access to the swim club was really nice. The hot tub and game room at this house were a lot of fun.

This place was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for three families and even a space out alongside the driveway for a 5th wheel. We had a blast! The lake was close, the pool was fun and perfect for the kids. The hot tub was awesome. We will definitely be returning in the winter for some skiing!!!

Overall we were not pleased with the house. The photos are very misleading. The house has paper thin walls and floors. The bathroom showers are also very small. After reviewing some other house rental sites we realize we could have rented much more for what we spent for the week. I liked the association perks. The location of the house is also ideal. The nearby trail heads are wonderful.

It's great that you enjoyed the amenities like the pool association, and the home also has a hot tub, pool table, etc so you may be able to find a house at the same price with different pros and cons. We've never been told the walls are thin, and I don't know how we could post misleading pictures about that, but I'm sorry you had that issue during your stay. I enjoyed my stay at Kaley house, however if it hot outside it is nearly impossible to enjoy either of the decks. There isn't enough shade to shield you from the direct sun. Inside the house was a little dark for my liking, there is no lighting next to the couches for reading. Although there are two full bathroom, neither of them have a bathtub. Both are equipped with small shower stalls.

My family and I rented this great little house for a week and we were quite pleased at our find. It was cute and the layout was perfect for all of us: four adults, three kids and two dogs! The playroom with the pool table was where the kids slept and it was perfect, though I don't see how you could pull out both sofa beds at the same time, not enough room so I would say that this house would only sleep 8 comfortably. The hot tub was great after a chilly day at the lake! The kitchen was very well stocked.

I rented this cabin for a few days to celebrate my boyfriends bday. We planned on filling it with 10 people, but in the end only had a group of 4. It was more beautiful in person then what the site shows. New carpets and fire place were icing on the cake. The sauna was a blessing after a day of boarding and even a great way to start the morning (seeing as how we were all sore from boarding). The rental had all the utensils you could think of. I wish we could of used the grill for some tri tips. My bf said they probably have a rule against it in the winter due to the fact that its a propane tank and in cold temps it can build up and explode. Eh, oh well. Still had an amazing stay!

The house is well equipped: hot tub, pool table, video games, recent movies, fireplace. With a couple of infants it proved to be a great place to spend a few days. Although we had a great stay, there are a few things we were unaware of: the upstairs bedroom is nicely heated, but the main pool table area is not. Sleeping there could be a little chilly in the winter (although an electric heater is available).
