My parents and I had a great time here. We felt very cozy and right at home when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. It almost felt like we were the only ones around because it was so peaceful. Parents say they would book again!

Home was beautiful and close to our excursions we had planned. Definitely a great value

Second time renting from them. Great experience again. Very helpful and responsive, smooth process, and cleaners do a great job. Will come back.

Me and my friends had a good time at this cabin and felt right at home. Everything went great. Although the cleaners came in too early, the checkout time was supposed to be 11:00 but they got there before 11:00 so we felt rushed and forgot some things in the house but the cleaners were kind and gave back the items that was left in the cabin. They also helped us shove the snow off the driveway. Overall the stay is pretty good.

Great place to spend a few nights. Host was responsive and check in was easy. Overall great stay and will look for this property on our next visit!

Cute, older house a couple blocks from Lake Tahoe. House was very cleans 5-10 minute drive from downtown areas in the Lake Tahoe region.

Our family of 6 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs had a great stay in Carnelian Bay at this home! The place was accurately described, very clean, and loved that it was walkable to the dog beach and coffee in the morning. Check in was easy and hosts were responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the constant email reminders. The house was really clean when we arrived and had everything we needed during our stay.

Such a cute and cozy cabin! The neighborhood was really peaceful. The amenities offered were practical. We were able to cook, bake and eat with everything that was offered.

This cottage was a great little spot- we came with 3 adults and my dog and there was definitely more than enough space! Lovely fireplace, full kitchen, smart TV, and it also seemed like a great place to come in the summer to enjoy the patio and beach. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Loved our stay. Weather was gloomy so we spent most our time inside, but we really enjoyed the time we had there. Played bored games, watched movies, had a fire. Kids loved it as well:)

the cabin is cozy yet spacious. it had everything we needed. We did encounter 3 bears over our 4 day stay, right outside of the cabin, which was a little nerve-racking but awesome. This cabin played home for some amazing memories for me and my little family.

Perfectly located cabin for peacefully enjoying Lake Tahoe. Close to Tahoe City but not too busy. Plenty of rooms and bed. Made it easy to bring the dog and check-in was extremely simple.

Great place. Close to town, the lake, and restaurants. Very comfortable for a group of seven and two small dogs. We also made a sled run in the yard- hours of fun for us all.

This was a great cabin and Agate Bay Realty was super responsive and helpful. We had some car problems during our trip that made it difficult for us to check out on time but Agate Bay Reality was responsive to our messages and we worked together to find a solution. They were very helpful. The cabin itself was great! Beautiful surroundings. Large cabin and the master bedroom bed was super comfortable!

very happy with the place. cozy as expected so if you are a large group, you'll be in tight. cleaners clearly did a great job. place was spotless and well set up. full complement of kitchen tools and dining ware, although basic stuff as it should be. other reviews saying broken bed and cleanliness were issues were not true for us, except lower bathroom sink does drain slowly. loved the fireplace. Will 100% come back.

Extremely happy with this beautiful cabin! The ambiance was very cozy and all the rooms were spacious. The host was very communicative and accommodating. There were also clear check-in and check-out instructions. Location was great and overall would recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults, 3 kids, and a dog. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, the heater worked great, hot water was never a problem. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, and plates. Washer and dryer worked well. Overall we had a great time! One thing to be aware of, the stairway is a bit steep and I can see how some may have difficulty with it. There is a downstairs bedroom for those who may prefer not to make the climb upstairs.

The place is walkable to Lake Tahoe, Carnelian Bay beach. Good kitchen and amenities. Kitchen could be a little better stocked.

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It’s in a great location. The only criticism is that there were no washcloths in the bathrooms and not enough towels. Otherwise, it was well-stocked with essentials.

Cabin was just as listed with clear check-in instructions. King bed was comfortable and sheets were nice but the bathrooms were outdated and lacked any charm. The sofa looked a little haggard but it was close to hiking and a few good restaurants. We love Carnelian Bay Area.

The Jerves home looks great from the outside- clean and nice. But it is much smaller on the inside than it appears, however. The interior decor was a little off and spooky (lot of old photos and furnishings), and actually made several guests uncomfortable. The house was quite clean.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jerves. With 4 adults and 2 kids we had ample space to enjoy ourselves in this clean, well appointed home - it beats staying at any of the local hotels/motels. Plenty of restaurants and ski resorts are no more than a 15-minute drive away. The neighborhood is also very quiet, far enough from the main road and safe for kids to run around.

this place was great and amazing.even when we went there the wether was bad and we could not go outside and go snowboarding or skiing, but we can play the snow outside.it has a great stuffs,room,and all!Thanks a lot!

The place was beautiful. It felt like I had been there before, thats how comfortable Ifelt when I walked in. The house was stocked with everything a person would need but might have forgot. Thank you very much for making our family getaway a memorable one.

We had a relaxing stay; the cottage was cozy and simple, but had everything we needed. Good location for walks, coffee, minigolf. The bathrooms, kitchen and some of the furniture could use some updating, but they were in working order - very good value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin is cozy and rustic, and provided all the enjoyable comfort we expected.The interior is also tastefully appointed and the beds were comfortable. Two chairs in the livingroom are a bit worn.There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well supplied as well.

Wow everything great clean and you feel like home ;) close to the beach.

My girlfriend and I and our two teens just completed a five day stay here, and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. I grew up in the adirondacks in upstate New York and this was very reminiscent of those experiences. The cabin was well supplied, the beds comfortable, the instructions well laid out (with the exception of some more explicit directions to the dock). the kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of a cheese grater. The cabin itself was well located: walking distant to the village, and a short drive in either direction to either Tahoe city or Kings Beach and Incline Village. I thought this was a very good value.

It was an amazing place. They had everything there. They had towels, plates, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, Everything was in great condition. The neighborhood was very nice and it was very quiet. Great for a family trip. We absolutely loved it. We are planning to stay at this place again.

It was nice. The house is really close to the lake and the grocery store. The house had plenty of space, we were a group of 6 and there was more room than we would ever need. The house could easily accommodate 10. The house cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway.

We loved this cozy place. Walking distance to the lake and snow-play areas. Place was cleaned and had plenty of towels, coffee, blankets, washing soap, etc. We were also able to check in at 1:00 pm.

This is a fantastic cabin with great value.You can tell the house has a lot of character and history to it. There was plenty of seating area in the living room, and a dining table large enough to comfortable seat 6 people. Kitchen was rather small, but has all the cooking implements you could ask for. Plenty of linens and pillows for everyone, as well as laundry detergents and sheets for your own clothes for extended stays. Very large outdoor deck for Summertime activities. Hot water was scarce, and required our group of 6 to space out our showers and could only supply 2.5 showers before running out (management has been notified of this). We had a few issues during our stay, but Agate Bay had excellent response times and did their best to resolve any issues we had. Their leasing office is only a few miles away, so that is a plus.

What an awesome cabin! The place had room and beds for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to use it for cooking soup, baked goods and had such a fun time. Theres a deck for hanging out. Truly a warm place to be.

Found this amazing place right before the big 4th of July holiday weekend on the lake. Between my girlfriend and I, we have 7 kids, which made this place perfect with all of the beds. It didn't feel crowded at all with all of us in the house. While we spend most of our time on the beach, we did get to enjoy the patio. The house also had everything we needed to make some great breakfasts and dinners. Would definitely book again.

The cabin itself it's a treat. Surrounded by trees and having a nice deck to have dinner at after grilling some nice cuts was great. Everything was pretty clean and not too far from stores. Beds were comfortable, we had a bunch of clean towels and dishes, pots and pans to make our own meals. It's also close enough to places of interest and restaurants. Overall, our experience was great. Really enjoyed the weekend at the cabin.

It was much cuter than in the photos. Neighbors are a stones throw away but you can't really hear anyone else, it's a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be going back here again as well as highly recommend!! Great cabin and even better for the value. Really close to a lot in N Tahoe. We filled every room and every bed, everyone slept comfortably. We never did find the pool, maybe is should come with a map, but then we didn't look too hard either. The lake was everything!

Had I known that this cabin was full of books, I wouldn't have bothered to buy my daughters books before we departed for Tahoe. I didn't buy myself one though, and was glad I didn't. So many choices with lots of Stephen King, James Patterson, John Grisham, etc. The TV was not new, but adequate since we didn't use it much. Some of the directions in their binder were stale (some restaurants aren't open any longer), but the cabin itself was very clean and well maintained. The BBQ and coffee maker were great, but the kitchen could use a few more frying pans. Plenty of dishes and utensils though, including a bottle and can opener. The downstairs shower is quite small if you're a big person, but there is a full tub/shower upstairs. Don't bang your head on the slanted walls like I did though, ouch! We couldn't bring our dogs since this cabin doesn't allow it, but there was a loaner dog from the neighbors who opened the front door once and just about let himself in. I was so glad it wasn't a bear! Phew! Remember to lock the doors. That dog also showed up every time we turned the BBQ on, I don't think he cared for his dog food much. Great cabin, we may return, hopefully when CA isn't on fire though. So much smoke.

This was a great spot for my friend and I. The space was a great size for 6 of us. The space was clean and well equipped. We were close to everything. We loved sitting out on the deck in the middle of a bunch of beautiful pines. This is a great value for Tahoe.

Great place to stay with the family!

Very nice place it was a comfortable place to stay. Everything was very close to our cabin so that was nice. The parking was a little difficult to handle but we made it work. The only thing I had a concern was our trash. Our trash was never taken out of our bin so we had a lot of trash bags that didn’t get taken. Overall very nice place to stay I would recommend it to my friends and to anyone else who is trying to stay.

Nice cozy little cabin. You literally have everything to cook in. Every single sheet on the beds were clean. Bathrooms were clean.

A steal of a cabin, really happy I got such a great place for an amazing price. Far exceeded my expectations. Comfortably slept my party of 9. It's very cozy - great for hanging out after a day of skiing. Might be a little small if you're looking to entertain or have a more energetic crowd.

The cabin was in an excellent location and close to everything. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, so that was a plus.

It has plenty of beds and all the basic things we need. The location is great. The TV doesn’t seem to connect to any service. Kitchen is great.

This cabin was nice, but nothing outstanding. It was kind of dirty and stuffy when we arrived, and the kitchen really had barely any amenities. It was a little lacking for the cost, but overall not a bad experience.

Loved the place, would recommend and will be back! Lot of beds and space to sleep and had everything we needed for the trip! Great communication from the host on all questions and overall a great value.

Perfect place for a family with kids. Cozy, and as expected for the price. There is plenty of yard space, and even a hill that perfect for some easy sledding. There have also been some updates since they took pictures of the property - updated television downstairs, new couch, and new beds throughout. Don’t pass this place up!

Our stay in Carnelian Bay was wonderful. The location was perfect and cabin suited our family well. There was a little sledding hill for the children right next to cabin which was convenient after a long day of snowboarding. Beds were clean and very comfortable (best I have experienced at an airbnb). Plenty of firewood, although we brought our own as well as an updated couch and tv from the pictures.

The bedrooms are actually much bigger than expected and furniture in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms have been updated. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. This was a very lovely place to stay during the winter and imagine that it would be much nicer in the summer since it has such a big deck and grill.

Cozy cabin for a family of four and a dog. Pros: -Spacious bedrooms. -Property management's communication was timely. -Check-in instructions were clear and check-in was easy and efficient. -Bathroom size was adequate. -Beds were comfortable Cons: -The living area and kitchen were smaller than we would have liked. -The property and the decor could use some updating. -Cabin feels dark with not much natural lighting.

Our stay was amazing!! It was sparkling clean and wifi connectivity was very good. Three of us could work remotely including video conferences with no issues with connection. Thank you for wood to use for fire place. We Had an amazing stay with our puppy.
