I came to celebrate my birthday with my fiancé and pup. It was cozy and exactly what we needed for a winter break trip. It was in a very calm, not too busy area near a tire shop and Safeway. It was close to Northstar, 12 min drive, and went to see some beautiful views passing the Nevada line. Great space for a bringing a pup. The hot tub was also great!

It is a nice house, older but the renovations were very nice. Walking distance to just about everything. We would definitely stay at this house again

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and we were blown away! The location is absolutely beautiful, and the size of the unit was perfect. It’s in a very ideal location as well, right next to shopping and across the street from the beach! We will absolutely be renting from Agate Bay in the future!

Very nice home in a convenient location. Well equipped kitchen complimented by the outdoor grill. Nice deck with ample seating and a beautiful view of the golf course. Enjoyed the hot tub, although several jets were not functional. A very quiet location. Would definitely say there again.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of four and as a starting point for excursions. A large supermarket is just around the corner and cooking was easily possible in the well-equipped kitchen. We would. Definitely back again!

Great place for our first stay at Kings Beach. Location was great on the golf course while being walk-able to lake, grocery store, and "downtown area" for coffee and restaurants. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Will definitely look to stay here for a future Kings Beach visit.

Location was excellent. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, bars, beach/lake, golf. The street was very quiet and peaceful. The cabin was nice. Be careful when sitting outside during golfing hours. We had a ball almost hit us on the deck!

From the moment we walked in it had all the amenities we could ask for. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace worked perfectly and the kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked. We had a wonderful time hanging out inside when it rained and snuggling up when it snowed. Agate Bay was always quick to respond and friendly. They made our stay easy. We will be looking forward to coming back to this cabin in the future.

This was our second year in a row spending a few days in Lake Tahoe before Christmas. We liked this house so much that we stayed here for the second time. It clean and in a good location. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The hot tub is a bonus.

We really enjoyed our thanksgiving gateway trip. This home felt comfy during the stay. We were able to cook a few meals and there were enough cooking supplies. Hot tub was amazing! However, the house seems smaller than the pictures.

What a lovely stay! The house felt very spacious for its size and fit our 4 guests plus our pup perfectly! The hot tub was a great addition and made for a very relaxing trip. There also a baby gate that closes off the spacious deck, which is ideal if traveling with your furry friends! Location was also perfect - walking distance to so many things. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience! The communication was excellent. The place was beautifully situated on the golf course… quiet, peaceful and in walking distance to the beach, lake… and even the grocery store if you happen to find you’ve forgotten something. All in all, an amazing weekend away. I’m so grateful!

Foursome Cabin was great! It was a perfectly cozy place for us and our four young boys. Great location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. Grilling on the back patio and watching golfers was so much fun. And they have sharp knives!

Our family loved our stay at this cabin - loved the setting, close walk to the beach and to shops/restaurants. Also appreciated the netting in the backyard to catch stray golf balls :)

This cabin was well appointed, in a great location and was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were newly updated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games and bunk beds. Adults enjoyed watching golfers and the views from the back deck. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Foursome Cabin. It was all our foursome (plus pooch!) needed. Fantastic location, comfy beds, wonderful hot tub, and charming and comfy. We would definitely come back.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. Last time we stayed in The Hole in One cabin, which is on the same property. It's a small, cozy cabin for 2 people...so cute. This time we stayed in the Foursome Cabin, which is the main house on property. My parents stayed in the Hole in One. We had a great time again. Great location! The deck with hot tub and BBQ was so nice for the Summer visit.

100% the best location in North Tahoe! Every morning I would walk across the golf course to the Safeway for coffee and any food to cook! The best restaurants are a walk away! Dog park at the national park nearby, and of course if you love golfing, it amazing!!

Convenient location to Kings Beach and a Safeway which we loved. They are dog friendly too. The beds were comfy and the back deck and hot tub were great amenities. Hope to come back and stay again soon.

This North shore location is excellent. Also, as it on a golf course, sometimes golfers walk past your outside deck when the weather is nice and it daytime. But, there are shrubs and trees that keep it semi private. It super close to Safeway food market, which came in handy just about every day. The hot tub was sparkling clean and had clear directions, and plenty of towels to use. And, lots of extra blankets to use inside or out was a nice touch. Beds comfortable and clean, amenities and welcome book spelled everything out. WiFi worked great. We would definitely come back here again.

We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend and had a great time! There were 4 of us and dog and plenty of space. The hot tub was an awesome part of the house and used every night. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a great thanksgiving at the house. The location is awesome - right next to Safeway and by the lake!

The cabin was perfect for us, lots of towels, warm blankets , great tv options , the hot tub was just perfect to soak in after a long hike in the snow! Safeway is just across the street and lots to see around.

Wonderful deck for both enjoying a meal and having a drink. The hot tub is such a great bonus, and we used it every evening and it was beautifully clean. Two very comfortable bedrooms, the kids loved the bunk beds. Great internet connectivity which allowed me to stay on top of work. Great place, walk to Kings Beach with all our gear made it super easy to spend the day on one of Tahoe nicest beaches. Also having a Safeway so close made resupplying convenient. Looking forward to our next stay.

The hot water system was loud, and the pipes were singing when the heater was low on hot water. The host was very responsive about it, but I guess the system needs to be replaced/fixed. Also, the dishwasher machine is very small, made of plastic and didn’t clean the dishes properly. The house could really use a better dishwasher. Other than that, great place and great location. We had a blast there =)

This cabin is super cute, one of the best we’ve stayed at in Kings Beach. We had everything we needed and grilling out back and using the hot tub is an ideal way to end the day, especially in a pandemic!

This Airbnb is in a great location. It very convenient when you you want to get anything from Safeway near by. The house is very pretty, perfect size for my family of 4. The only complains are just some problems for cleanliness and privacy. Some places like the balcony were not really clean it like never clean for a year and that made my family and I not enjoy to hang out outside too much and for the bedroom I’m not sure if they have changed the sheet and pillow case and blanket. Also we had 3 nights where we had terrible smells from weed and smoking around the Airbnb from other people nearby. They came to smoked around our Airbnb balcony.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe. This cabin and its location were the perfect setting for our vacation. We would stay here again.

A beautiful home, perfect for a family of 4 and our furry babies. The location is perfect, just up the way from Lake Tahoe and walking distance to Safeway. House is very clean and all new appliances. The hot tub is the best part and I definitely enjoyed using it night and day. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet weekend getaway in Kings Beach! I will definitely stay here again.

Communications with the owner and rental management company were timely, and easy. A short walk to the beach, golf course and shopping, The home/cabin - sparking clean, family and dog friendly and offered everything we needed, including personal size soaps and body washes, towels, linens, plenty of blankets and pillows. Beds are super comfy! The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor grill was an added bonus. The carpeted garage, ping pong/pool table and board games gave us hours of play time. I highly reccomend this property. We will certainly be back.

Very cute little house. We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great and the baby gate on the porch was a wonderful touch to keep our dogs outside with us but safe! We really enjoyed our weekend. The location is perfect and our kids enjoyed the board games!

Excellent location close to so many things. Walkable to restaurants (Sprindleshanks) sooooo good must try, the beach, and Safeway. The hot tub was a very nice touch after being in the water all day, it really helped to relax. The cabin was really clean, great large kitchen counters and bathroom was nice. Would definitely book another stay in the future.

It's super clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable spaces to relax. It's a short walk to the lake and an easy walk to downtown Kings Beach. Highly recommend staying here, I would most certainly come back!

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon, and we had an excellent experience. The company that rented the property to us was very cooperative and communicated fully and and when necessary. The hot tub was great at the end of the day to relax, and the controls were very easy. Anyone who is looking to spend some time at the beautiful Lake Tahoe with a quiet, relaxing experience should go visit this property!

Great location! My husband, dog and toddler stayed in June 2019. It's close to lots of what Tahoe has to offer. Plus, the place is really modern and has nice linens and towels.

This was the perfect cabin for our family of four. It was clean and in a good location. An easy walk to restaurants and the beach. And a short drive to Northstar. It was simple check in and out and always got a quick response to questions.

This little cabin is incredible! Cozy, with a fireplace (dog approved!) and hot tub, the space was very relaxing and peaceful. The cabin had everything we need and more. What I probably love the most was the peace and quiet. I live in LA, wanted to get away from the rat race and found the perfect spot. And the Italian restaurant nearby was fantastic. All in all, a great trip!

We would have loved to give his place 5 stars as we had a great time and we loved the location, but unfortunately the place wasn’t clean on arrival. We tried to get a hold of the office by phone and by email but never heard a response until 2 days later which is unacceptable for a rental company! Thankfully the cleaner showed up at about 5:00 the evening we checked in and had stated she forgot to clean the place as she had been sick and it wasn’t on her schedule to clean for a check in. We appreciated her doing the cleaning but it was just inconvenient to not be able to unpack and get our vacation started as we have 2 little ones eager to move around/crawl. The biggest frustration was not getting a response right away when we had an urgent issue. Someone needs to be available for emergent issues. All in all we enjoyed our stay after everything was worked out. We enjoyed the warm fireplace, hot tub and the closeness to restaurants, Safeway, and the beach.

This is a sweet, charming little cabin. The layout is perfect for a family of 4 like us. The house was stylish and clean. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the linens top notch. The house is close to the lake (walking distance) Safeway, and the slopes are a less than 15 minute drive. I loved how quickly Agate responded to questions. The book they provide has so many helpful suggestions too. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very close to snowboarding, Safeway right around the corner, comfy beds, and a relaxing hot tub to top it off. We enjoyed the stay!

What a cozy cabin perfect for the four of us over the holidays! The location near Safeway and a short drive from the ski resorts was perfect. We also appreciated the heated blanket in the main bedroom to help with the cold at night. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was easy to check in and we were bummed they couldn’t accommodate the late checkout because it was such a great stay!

Super clean, great location: a ~5 minute walk to Kings Beach and even closer small beaches to visit. 15 minutes or so to Tahoe City. The cabin was super comfortable, my kids enjoyed the bunk beds and stuffed animal quite a bit, and we would have enjoyed the BBQ but ran out of time to use it.
