Nice house on a quiet neighborhood, very good location close to the lake, supermarket and stores. We had a great time!

Great property, especially because of the weather , we were able to sit outside on the deck and watch the golfers go by, House was well stocked and internet was great.

Very clean property and great location! Close to trails, restaurants and grocery store. We have been to Tahoe several times and have stayed at many cabins, however, this is by far our favorite!

Best location on the lake! Bring your doggos and walk to beach and trails. Internet is blazing fast and there is a dedicated workspace that was perfect for the remote commute. Make sure to pick up a togo beverage at Spindelshanks on your way to the beach.

This home was spacious and charming. We loved watching the golfers play on the course and had a wonderful dinner at Spindleshanks down the street. Close to the grocery store and the beach. Would definitely come back again.

We loved our stay at this cute, cozy cottage-like home. It was actually quite large and could have fit many more people than we had. Nice kitchen. I appreciate that many people can be in the living room and not feel crowded. The location and setting was really superb. The back yard is shady and very green. Looks out on the golf course. Having wine on the patio was one of our favorite things. We could easily walk to everywhere in kings beach. That is such a good feature because you don’t need to hunt and pay for parking or fight traffic. It was so great to be able to rent such a nice dog friendly home. It hard to find those and this was perfect for us. It is definitely old Tahoe style inside so the furniture is comfortable but a bit dated. If you are looking for super modern accommodations then this is not for you. We loved the old Tahoe feel and appreciated all the positives.

The location is perfect for a beach getaway being down the street from the beach. The communication was very good and the cabin had everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here with a few friends for my husband 40th birthday. All he wanted to do was golf, so you really can’t beat the location! House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Perfect for a few couples to each have their own space. Agate Bay was very responsive, including when we reached out about wildfire smoke in Tahoe. Thankfully it cleared up after the first day. The backyard was an awesome place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Huge bonus that the house was dog friendly and we were able to bring our two furry sidekicks. Will definitely return.

What a super-comfortable, private home! It was perfect for our much needed R&R. We didn't use any of the upstairs areas, but the master bedroom mattress is great. The kitchen is so well equipped for any type of cooking or baking. and the layout is perfect for hanging out. The lot that it sits on seems large compared to most others and the back yard overlooking the golf course is really pretty. Would certainly re-book and AgateBay was really good at communication - just enough without being bothersome. Thank you!

The cabin was really nice and spacious, I loved that all the beds had heated blankets for the winter. they had everything that we needed, it had an amazing back yard that was really spacious and since we went during winter it had lots of snow for the kids to play in.

Great place for larger groups. The place had a fully equipped kitchen, lots of entertainment including games and a bar area for adults. The place was easy to find and the management company running the place was helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely come back here again and recommend to friends and family.

This is the most wonderful home. And it is a home. Full of quality kitchen equipment, lots of towels and all the things you would want. We stayed for Christmas as our family of 5 (3 kids under 10) and honestly we had a wonderful time. All the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen made fixing meals easy, there is plenty of storage etc. Highlight was the bar! Thank you to the owners and this place is 200% recommended!

This home is amazing it is immaculate charming and clean. This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe. The stay was made even more special by the home. The attention to detail was amazing. Everything we needed to prepare for dinner was available.
