The home was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. We would definitely stay there again.

The Cinco Vistas property was great for our family ski trip. We love the Dollar Point area as it's central to multiple ski locations and close to Tahoe City. The house is very well laid out and great for large families. The house is built on a hill, which provides great views of the lake, but also does require lots of stairs. The garage is on the street level but the main entrance to the house is down a flight of stairs. The house itself is on three levels (kitchen/living/dining on floor 1, bedrooms on floors 2 and 3). Again, it's very well laid out and comfortable and was a great fit for us, but worth noting for those with mobility issues. The mudroom-style entry was quite nice for a ski trip. The kitchen is superb and well stocked with pots/pans/utensils and silverware/plates/etc. Huge island is great for prep, and the stove/oven is professional grade. Coffee maker, toaster, etc. are all there. The 10-person dining table was great. Living room and TV setup were solid (Roku with apps), and there's surround sound and Sonos on the main level. Deck off the kitchen/living room is very nice. Bedrooms were all well appointed and had very comfortable, memory foam beds, with high-quality linens. Bathrooms were modern and had nice towels. The bunkroom would be great for multi-family trip with lots of kids (or big group trip). Check-in was easy and Property Management was very responsive. All-in-all, Cinco Vistas is a great house and we'd definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous house in a very peaceful setting with an amazing lake view from all floors/balconies. Our pup had a great time as well and the neighborhood was quite safe and quiet. The house had all the needed amenities and plenty of room for our group. We would absolutely return!

The house was wonderful, even better than we excepted. The house itself was incredible. Great cooking kitchen that was well stocked. Perfect for our girls trip. The view from the rooms were of Lake Tahoe, which was awe inspiring. The patio areas were fantastic! The location was good. Great places to eat nearby. 1O stars!!!! I’d stay there again and again!

This location is amazing. Beautiful surrounding views. The host is responsive and had great local recommendations. Kitchen is amazing, best views from all windows. The house is clean and looks better in person than photos. Would stay here again and I’m sure I will return.

beside the price (everything is very expensive this days), the house is amazing, the location is great and we had a fun weekend (we even had a bear going peacefully downhill in the early morning ) . Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful views from all three floors of the house! Perfect for multiple families. Convenient to all that you need, but also away from the crowds and noise of the main road. I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! We slept 9 adults and one baby and it was a perfect size for all of us! The view is breathtaking, the location is perfect near restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy access to the lake, golf and much more! The hosts of the property checked in multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. Great price for the experience and stay! Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

The house was beautiful with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook each night and the house was cozy and modern.

Our stay was better than expected. It would have been perfect if it is easier to get into the main house. We had to carry heavy luggage downhill. But, the house condition, view, and cleanness were very good. Will visit again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Tons of space beautiful views from every window. Close to the town if we wanted to go out. There is a lovely hiking trail just across from the neighborhood. All the beds were very comfortable, great linens. Would definitely book again for another large group.

The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. We booked a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The place was perfect. It was large enough, so that we all had lots of room. Despite what the listing says, it had a well stocked kitchen, with everything you needed. The views from the two decks were outstanding. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The location was also perfect, so that we were never too far from anything. The week could not have gone better, everyone loved the home. There was a minor issue with the garage door, but the rental company fixed it promptly. A wonderful place for a family vacation. We were all very sad to leave this beautiful Lake Tahoe home. It was so relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

Cleaning was still occurring past 4pm checkin until about 5pm but not an issue personally. Cleaner lady and guy working on hot tub were very kind and friendly. Some of the lights like the upper porch light didn’t didn’t work and the living room fan was not working. Overall great place!!

We really loved this house and the way it was set up. It was really perfect for our family of 10. Great communal space with lots of private areas inside and out. Great bathroom layouts. The house was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, etc and a great selection of spices. Several different types of coffee pots and a great outdoor eating balcony. The management company was really great to work with. They were extremely helpful and responsive. Check in and out was super easy. The house was well laid out and furnished with comfortable, easy going furnishings…nothing too fussy. Beds were great too. This was a fantastic rental. Loved it!

Wonderful house with an amazing view! It had tons of space for everyone and had everything we needed plus more. There are definitely a lot of stairs both inside the house and in the garage to get down to the house so something to keep in mind if you are averse to stairs.

One of the most beautiful places we've stayed at. Looks just like the pictures, it's newly built so everything is modern, clean and almost untouched. The views are gorgeous and you can see lake from all five bedrooms, kitchen, den and even hot tub. Also great neighborhood, very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We brought our two dogs and went on many nice walks. There is Safeway and CVS 5 minutes away and 7-eleven right around the corner which is very convenient. We were very pleased with the location, accuracy and communication.

The pictures don't do this place justice. The view is spectacular! It has to be seen to be believed. And: the neighborhood was extremely quiet. An amazing house. Honestly I don't see why we'd stay anywhere else, if we came back to Tahoe again!

Wonderful spot with amazing views. The hot tub is not to be missed. Plenty of local places to eat and the hosts are excellent communicators with great instructions and went out of their way to give us some local tips about events that were happening while we were there. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to come back again some time

This home is a dream and perfectly located. We had a magical month long stay here. Our only regret is not being able to stay even longer. Because the house is new and we were early renters, there was an unanticipated electrical glitch that was quickly and appropriately resolved by the management. The management was always responsive to our communication during our stay and even serviced the hot tub mid stay at no added charge when we made a request. The owners have thought of everything - the house was well equipped and the views from every room made it difficult to leave every day as we ventured out for hikes, kayaking, and the beach. We woke every morning to a gorgeous view of the lake. And upon rising, we spent long, leisurely mornings taking in the view from the beautiful patio. The dream kitchen made meal prep a joy and the bonus was we did not have to purchase spices and seasonings as the cupboard was full of them. The owners really have thought of everything - we wanted for nothing. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We hope to return to this property again and again. We re already dreaming of next year.

Beautiful location, amazing house. We spent many hours on the deck relaxing and visiting. We knew the many levels and stairs would be a hardship but it was worth it and we would definitely reserve this again if the opportunity arose.

This house is gorgeous! Stunning views of the lake, close to Tahoe City and the mountains. The kitchen is huge and well stocked (probably the best kitchen I've ever had in an Airbnb). The beds are comfy and this place can comfortably fit/sleep a lot of people. Great house that I'd happily stay in again.

Our family gathered for a long weekend of boating and hiking fun. In between, we so enjoyed this beautiful, spacious home where we could cook together and reconnect. Lovely location, stunning views, very new and clean, just perfect!

We booked same day and were able to get in within a couple hours. The place has an amazing view and great location. The beds are super comfy and plenty of space for everyone! The only thing is lacked was some hand towels and a bigger pack of fire starters for the fire place.

The view of the lake is fantastic. We enjoy the hot tub that also has a lake view. The cabin is great for a family. My 2-year old baby had a lot of fun with the snow around the cabin (in Feb). The only minor challenge is the staircase between the road and the cabin: It can get slippery during winter.

Overall, this place was awesome. Great views and close to Northstar resort. The only inconvenience we ran into was that the hot tub had not been recently checked on/heated prior to our arrival. So when we went down to enjoy said hot tub, the water was very cold. Took about 4 hours to get the temp back up. Other than that, everything was great.

We absolutely loved this house! The view was amazing and its very family friendly. The stairs can be a bit treacherous in heavy snow so be aware. We loved the kitchen and all the bedrooms....the beds were fantastic!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin! The rooms are clean, the indoor fireplace works perfectly, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and is close to grocery stores and good restaurants. Would 100% stay again!

What a great view this place has. If anything, the listing undersells how amazing the view of Lake Tahoe is. And though the house is in a regular vacation style Tahoe development with plenty of other homes around, the view of the lake and the hillside from inside house is not marred by other houses (you can see other houses through the side windows). We spent a lot of time staring out the large pair of windows at the rear of the house, watching the lake, the snow, the rain, the moon, the mountains and the local wooded hillside. And a chipmunk or two. Most things worked great, including the wood-burning stove which we used quite a bit. The kitchen is very nice, though the sink sprayer leaked a bit and we had trouble making the stove and oven operate at the right temperature (beside the usual elevation effect on boiling or cooking with water, the oven seems to operate at a much lower temperature than we expected.) The kitchen had more spices than we expected, and the utensils, cookware, dishes, etc., were modern and nice. We pretty much found everything we needed. We went in the hot tub every day. It worked perfectly, with the same amazing views as the rear of the house. Very private as well. I think my wife wants to just spend the rest of her life in that hot tub, looking at Lake Tahoe. We didn't have as many people as we thought we would (just 3), so this place was definitely bigger than we needed. It would easily sleep a family of 8, though with two bathrooms, that might end up feeling a little crowded at times, depending on your style. The place and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful in this "shoulder" season. We really had a quiet and relaxing few days here. We had a few walks to local parks and through the neighborhoods. Quite pleasant strolling. We already want to come back to see the views, even though we left just a few hours ago!

We loved our stay. There were 8 of us, and had plenty of space. The view is amazing. We had a fire going every day. The kitchen is great, nice and spacious for cooking. And we all had plenty of space around the table to eat and play games. I would come back any time!

This home was perfect for our vacation. The views were absolutely incredible, great location, lovely stylish home, and not far from local amenities. We just wished we had booked to stay longer. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Lake Tahoe to book this lodge! We will definitely be back.

This house was overwhelming... in so many great ways!!! I can t express how amazing our stay was; from the view, the cleanliness, fully stocked amenities (I.e. firewood, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc...), and the quiet neighborhood. 6 of us friends stayed at the cabin and there was plenty of room. More could stay at the cabin, but we comfortably ate breakfast each morning out on the deck overlooking the lake. Up to 6 can fit in the hot tub at one time. There are only two beds that can fit a couple. The rest are twin beds, so keep that in mind. It also doesn t fit more than 6 comfortably downstairs near the flat screen TV. I think we had the optimal amount of people. The neighborhood is quiet, but was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery. One house guest even got an up close and personal look of a black bear, which stated in the welcome information book that they are docile . We loved watching all the animals from the back deck. We were close enough for the Truckee River tubing excursion, and rented a boat (recommend Tahoe Jet Boats). If you re looking for a casino and loud bars and breweries, this area is not for you. I would say this area is good for the scenery and living like a local, with amazing restaurants nearby. We loved the Sunnyside Resort and Chambers Landing for drinks on the water. Overall, we were extremely impressed with this Airbnb and will be recommending it to all of our friends!!!!Thank you to Agate Bay Realty for the amazing stay at 202 Edgewood. The house was pristine and the views were breathtaking. We appreciated the detailed instructions and welcome binder with nearby restaurants and activities. The entire house was stocked with everything we could need. We appreciated the cleanliness, coffee filters, and endless supply of wood for fires at night. We were overwhelmed with happiness from beginning to end. Even when we checked out, the woman on the phone was extremely nice and asked how our stay was. We will rent again from Agate Bay!

Thanks for an enjoyable stay in a comfortable chalet. We thought the view was just gorgeous in the summer, and can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the winter season. Amazing view, all amenities available. comfortably set for 8 women who love to get away a couple of times a year. Did I mention the view. Beds were super comfortable. We did not leave the property the entire weekend.

Absolutely beautiful view. Super cozy kitchen and living room area, perfect for relaxing with the family. Less than a mile away is a cross country skiing resort that is super affordable with miles and miles of track and Tahoe City is only a minutes drive away. Would recommend this stay to everyone!

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Everything is exactly as is displayed in the images and described in the listing - the view is amazing, the house is spacious and cozy, the amenities are great. The house was also flawlessly cleaned, with plenty of spare towels and sheets. The TV with a variety of streaming services was great, and the furnace with plenty of firewood makes for relaxing evenings, even in cold winter nights. Communication with the hosts was also a breeze. We hope we can return to this cabin again in the future!

Amazing place ! Would recommend anyone to stay there + to check out hot tub with a view

The views are spectacular. The hot tub was clean and the views from the hot tub are just as pictured. The wood burning stove is a beast! It created such nice heat and the best ambiance. There are a lot of stairs which were a slight challenge for my mother-in-law, but the home is such a warm and cozy cabin - great for R & R. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to amenities and the grocery stores in Tahoe City.

The house has everything you need for a nice getaway weekend. We were very positively surprised how stocked the kitchen was (with cooking utensils) and how cozy and nice the house is! The view is just beautiful and the location very convenient. Perfect for a weekend trip with family or friends!

Our stay at the Edgewood cabin was very nice. The views were amazing and catching the sunrise every morning was even more so! The nights were cool which helped cool off the hot cabin from the day s heat. Very spacious, clean, and updated kitchen with all the basic necessities to cook a meal. This cabin can easily sleep 9-10 people with all the rooms and beds it offers but the overall space itself is a bit tight. The first floor shower is super tight and both my husband and I (separately) found it difficult to maneuver in it and we re both of average size. The vanity is tiny as well which makes it difficult for two people to utilize. Overall, this cabin met all the needs of a home away from home and it was very comfortable for my family of 4. Be aware of about 20 or so steps down to the cabin from the parking space. It wasn t a major problem for us but someone with mobility issues may need to be aware of this. Lastly, we really appreciated the beach towels that were stocked for use - it was a nice surprise to see these available.
