The house was great. The hot tub is very high quality with a lot of jets. Nice location - very close to Tahoe City. And it has lots of sleeping options. Thanks.

Lots of room for family! The game room with fooze ball and sit down video game machine that plays several old school arcade games was fun! It was also not listed on the description. There is also a 6th bedroom off the game room not listed, nice bonus! I think it is supposed to be a sun room, maybe can’t list it as a bedroom.

Lazy Bear Lodge is at good as it gets for vacation. Spacious, cleanliness, and that comfort home setting you look for. Would go back in a heartbeat. Planning my next trip already.

This cabin is beautiful. On a busy street so bring ear plugs of the noise will bother you. Cabin is bigger than we expected which worked out great. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The unusual layout was perfect for a large group! From the hot tub, to the fireplaces, the pack man game and the location, we loved this rental. More space than anticipated. The kitchens were well stocked for cooking and baking at home. On a busier street that doesn’t lend itself to walks but very nearby some fantastic hikes and so close to Tahoe City for lake strolls. Will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house itself is very spacious and perfect for a family or group gathering. The host provided very prompt service and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub and bonus rooms were awesome. We would definitely recommend this home!

This 5 bedroom/3 bath features 2 master suites, 2 kitchens, spacious living room area, hot tub in the back yard, oversized 2 car garage for today's cars, and extra family room to spread a group out. The property is centally located directly between Kings Beach and Tahoe City is 1.5 miles from Watermans Landing [35] (dog friendly beach). In the summer, there is a very small beach across the road/highway for guests to access. This is better suited to give a dog a swim or for shorter visits because there is not a lot of room for beach chairs, etc..
All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe vacation rental homes are fully equipped with free wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (only usable in the summer).
