We had 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids)stay at this property and we loved it. The location is 10 minutes to Northstar resort, 4.minutes to Safeway and 5 mins from many restaurants. The house is spacious with 4 unique bedrooms, large living room, an office, and a full kitchen. The property management company was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We had a big group and there was plenty of space for all us. The property was really fun for our kids they really enjoyed the pool and the club house. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this condo in Carnelian Bay! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to a peaceful, semi-private beach, with easy access to a nice pool and hot tub facility. The condo had plenty of space for two families and was pet-friendly, which our dogs loved. They especially enjoyed the walks to the nearby beach. There are also some great restaurants close by, including the cozy Old Post Office Café and Gar Woods Grill & Pier—don’t miss the lakefront dining and those famous Wet Woodys, especially at sunset! Our kids also loved the nearby miniature golf and arcade, just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful time and definitely prefer North Lake Tahoe over South Lake for a more traditional, laid-back, and relaxing Tahoe experience. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our party of 5 adults, two young kids, a toddler, and dogs. It was conveniently located on a quiet street just a quick drive from restaurants, beaches, and Safeway for all your needs. The home was bright and spacious, with a large kitchen and dining table and lovely remodeled bathrooms. The towels were very plush, beds comfortable, and water pressure in the showers was excellent. There was even a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs and easy family strolls. There’s even a nice forested trail within walking distance. The provided elevated dog bowls was also a nice touch! This home was wonderful and I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sierra Willow! Unfortunately the weather was not very good for June during our trip, but this house has it all, pool table, dart boards, cards, dice, games and we made the most of our time there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. The house is comfortable and laid out well for gathering or spending time alone. The area is quiet and peaceful and just a short walk to a dog friendly beach. The house is centrally located for all your North Lake Tahoe adventures.

The house had a separate area for the entertainment section making it super convienent and fun after the little ones went to bed. The beach is walkable and super close to the downtown area. Recommend the house to anyone.

We loved this mid century/modern style home in North Lake Tahoe - it was perfect and super spacious for 3 couples to share and 2 dogs. Conveniently located between some of the most beautiful sights of Tahoe, great restaurants, and a grocery store, we loved venturing off, but we loved coming home to bbq, play some pool in the game room and relax. Would recommend to anyone!

One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in, and much bigger than the pictures show. It was just me and my small family, but this would be a great place to share with another couple. There were a lot of amenities and little touches to make the place cozy, which I appreciated. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is a really beautiful property inside. The house is actually much bigger than the pictures indicate. So much comfortable space to gather, watch TV, play games, or just have a private nook to read a book. All the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom towels thick and fluffy. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was an absolute amazing stay...comfortable and beautiful . We had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed the pool table and the Tv's in every room . The fact we got to bring our dogs was the best ...It was a lovely place and would recommend this for any family looking for a nice comfortable place to stay !

Home was very nice, better than the pictures. Large play rom with couches and loft, 3 bedrooms and baths, large deck in a great neighborhood. Bedrooms, Play room, living room all had television and wireless speakers. We will be back!

The sierra willow property was great for us 4 adults and one kiddo. The home is spacious, beds comfortable and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood still had good access to the area even walkable to some restaurants, a wonderful lake front coffee shop and rocky beach area. We appreciated plenty of extra linens and pillows, a well stocked kitchen and various areas to hang out in the house. There are TVs in every room and the game room area is separated so people could be playing and lounging separately. Place was clean on arrival and we had no issues finding or entering the property. Would definitely return! Thank you!

The residence was exactly as pictured online! We had a great trip with family, including our two pups. There was a ton of space, and lots of room to spread out and not feel too crowded with a group. There were plenty of kitchen appliances/dishes to make meals and dine at the house, but also within close proximity to lots of dining options if you don’t feel like cooking. We loved the location, and being able to walk to the lake! A great added bonus was the stand up paddle board available to use, what a nice perk! We were able to take it right down to the lake and had a great time!

We had an amazing stay at this very quiant and charming place. The place is located in a residential neighborhood in Carnelian Bay and is walkable to Lake Tahoe and a few restaurants which made morning and evening walks very enjoyable. The house is updated and clean with lots of room. There’s a handful of spaces to hangout too. The backyard wasn’t setup bc it was April and there was snow on the ground but the yard was clean and we played in the snow further back. Communication with the host was minimally needed and very easy to do. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We came up to Tahoe during spring break for skiing. This is a beautiful home and a great location - within walking distance the lake and only a 15-20 minute drive to the Northstar resort. The interior is the same as the photo -- nice furnitures and a well-stocked kitchen. The pool table is a nice touch too. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking dogs or just morning stroll/run. Would highly recommend this place.

This property met all of our expectations. It was exactly like the pictures - very clean, a ton of room, and up to date. We enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend.

This property was the perfect price, location and plenty of space for our family of 4 and 1 dog. It’s very clean, updated and well stocked with essentials. The communication was super easy all around. We walked to breakfast by the beach. It even snowed one night giving us something wonderful to play in on the property. Would highly recommend staying here in North Shore.

The house was spacious and adequate for our needs. No issues checking in. I would say the colest room was the game room and also the first floor bedroom. We were wondering if there was a possibility to get privacy shades in the front of the house... we felt a bit uneasy that anyone outside can see the inside of the house. Beside that we love the place and would love to come back. Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.

This property is very very very new and clean. Everyone in my family has enjoyed staying here. The billiard table and dartboard provided us with a lot of happy moments. The location is very close to Kings Beach, Secret Cove, and Boreal Mountain California. The only problem we had experienced was the garage door was broken. However, that did not affect our stay. We definitely will come back next winter!

The check-in process and communication were easy and smooth. We enjoyed the proximity to the lake and cafe and were able to walk there easily. The house was as listed, except there was no coffee maker when we got there. We texted Agate Realty to let them know we couldn't find it, and they took care of us by providing a brand new coffee maker the next morning. There were a few things that we noted and gave to Agate Realty as feedback when we left-- things that were minor inconveniences but did not hamper our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at their response of genuine care and customer service. Their dedication to hospitality really impressed us and makes us want to stay in the homes in their care in the future.

Really like this cabin. And they have the game room, which is perfect for family and friend gathering.

Nicely remodeled. Took off one star because the heat was not uniform in the house. It blasted in an upstairs bedroom and too cold in the master bedroom. Otherwise very nice.

This was an amazing spot for a family reunion. It was close to Kings Beach for the kids, and close to Palisades for Western States activities. The house checked all the boxes for us.

Our stay at this Carnelian Bay home was fantastic! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was ideal—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet just a short drive from Tahoe City and the lake. We loved the cozy feel of the home, especially the living room and outdoor deck. We had a great time at the cabin. The listing and pictures were accurate. The cabin was well equipped. We were also able to walk to Garwood's and the beach from here. We would definitely love to rent it again!

I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but to my surprise everything from the booking to the checking out it all went really smoothly My family and I felt like we were at home even my mother in law who is a very hard person to please was very pleased so much she said she wanted to come back soon.
