The home features cathedral ceilings, gourmet kitchen with island and commerical appliances, two car garage, spacious master suite with jacuzzi tub and rock fireplace, alder floors, a back patio with patio furniture and gas firepit.
All Agate Bay Realty vacation rentals are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and TV & DVD. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

My husband, our sweet fur baby and I had a lovely and relaxing 5 day stay. Beautiful home in a very quiet, nice and gated area. Being on the golf course with open space for lovely forest views by the fireplaces after the big snow storm made for gorgeous and peaceful views. Hosts were responsive, helpful and flexible. We would definitely enjoy staying here again sometime.

This is a beautiful and comfortable property in a beautiful new development. The house comes very nicely furnished, it is clean and immaculately maintained. Absolutely wonderful place to spend time with family. Clear communication with host's agent, not a single hiccup. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a premium comfortable stay in Truckee.

We really enjoyed our stay in Truckee. The house was beautiful and clean. All of the bedrooms had great beds and linens. The showers and jacuzzi were all quality and clean. We stayed with our baby son, our friends and their dog. The master closet was large enough for our son to sleep in his pack&play. The kitchen was beautiful and had all of the essential items. It was a great kitchen to cook in and use. The neighborhood is beautiful and had a security guard there for almost the entire day. There were great walking paths that would be more usable when the snow isn’t so high. Overall, we would love to come back and stay here again.

We had a very lovely time skiing and playing in the snow over spring break. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We hope to be back next year!
