The home was clean and had everything we needed. Also in a great location and easy to access.

It was a great home to stay with family. Great location and had some fun trails for hiking and biking just up the street.

Booked this spot for our summer family vacation and it was perfect for our needs and first time staying in the Lake Tahoe area. The home was roomy and the perfect place to end our long days in the sun. The beds were really comfy and the house was very clean. I wish we would of had time to take advantage of the beautiful patio, but with so much to do and see we didn’t get to use it much. The home is not close, but also not far from the nearest lake/beach area, I’d say about a 5-10min drive to get to the nearest one. There were a few things I wanted to note down for the host and the team was very responsive in getting back to me which was very reassuring. The area was quiet and peaceful and grocery stores were about a 10-15min drive and so many local spots even closer for any other cravings or needs. Very beautiful home, would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a peaceful spot near Lake Tahoe.

A beautiful family home. It was perfect for a vacation with your family. Plenty of space and perfect location to the heart of tahoe. Walking distance to the beach and short drives to the town/shops/restaurants.

we had such a wonderful trip! the home was welcoming, and very comfortable! it was large enough to accommodate our two families. the kitchen had so many gadgets! the house was clean. staff were friendly and very responsive. great trip, great stay!

Comfortable spot. Great for cooking some large meals. Nice walk to the Lake or a very quick drive. A quiet and peaceful part of Tahoe.

The location was very close to some hiking, the beds were comfortable, and though a bit dated, everything was clean.

This is a great value in a terrific location. Arrival and departure were smooth. The rooms with just one bed each are only full sized; queen-sized beds would have been nice. The upstairs rooms can get pretty toasty, but there were floor fans in 2 of the three rooms. (Fans in all three would be helpful.) We enjoyed our stay there!

The Rental was a beautiful as in the pictures and the location was perfect.

This place was truly as mentioned. Agate Bay Realty was super responsive when we needed them and quick to send what we needed, even during the weekend. Highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful place to stay on the North side! House has everything you need, comfortable beds, great deck and grill, nice updated kitchen and cozy touches throughout. Quiet neighborhood and close to the water. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a good rental for large families. The pool area is quite small and the lake access is very limited, which were disappointing. The house is also smaller than it looks online and not as upscale as the photos had led us to believe. Nevertheless, it is in a nice, safe, low traffic neighborhood and being able to bring our dogs was great!

This place is great. Very clean and well outfitted. Plenty of room and very close to activities.

House was clean and cozy. Kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook meals for the family with more than enough dinnerware and wine glasses! Loved the large dining table. Location was good and easy to find, about 5 minutes to Safeway. House had sleds which was super convenient for kiddos. The only issue was heating which was fine downstairs, but all the rooms upstairs were cold. Lots of extra blankets provided. When we arrived the trash bin outside was full so we had to leave our trash in the house, apparently trash pick up only happens twice a week. Minor inconvenience and not really the property fault.

A wonderful space to enjoy a beautiful area! This house was a great landing pad after big days out on the slopes. Very cozy, very comfortable, very clean. A great find!!

Booked this house somewhat late for Christmas, was surprised it was available for us. Check in was easy, house was clean and very well stocked for anything we would have needed to cook. Firewood was provided for an awesome fireplace in the living room. Highly recommended. Would stay here again if I needed a place again.

Great place to stay! Clean & roomy

I am grateful that we were able to bring our pup with us on our Tahoe trip. The cabin was comfortable and had a large deck for relaxing on and our dog could run around. It was also a great location for taking walks or going to the beach. The rooms were very large so everyone had space to hang out in. Thanks Roycrafts!

even though house is dated and needs a little TLC it was very comfortable and gave us the cavin experience we were looking for. No issues outside of garbage cans being half full in the trash bin and a small leak from the refriderator. Sun Club and Pier access was great. All around a terrific stay. thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Roycraft. It was very spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect as well. Great place to stay with family!

I would definitely come again. Only I would make sure to come when the pool is open.

Easy check in and check out, quiet, convenient and tranquil location.

This was a great home for us on this visit. The home easily accomodated eight adults. We were a little concerned that there might be competition for bathrooms as we were getting ready for the wedding but we had no problem and the hot water lasted for everyone. The house is not fancy but is comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the washer and dryer. We could have used a couple of spare garbage bags. We did need an ironing board. This is probably nothing a skier would need but it would have been handy as we got ready for the wedding.

This place is in need of quite a bit of maintenance. It is extremely outdated (with the exception of the couches) and come across as bigger in the pictures.

House is in a good location, close to Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, and other attractions such as East Shore Trail. House is well equipped with kitchen supplies and has a great deck. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.
