I took my family for a winter trip while my children was on break. I wanted my 3yr to experience snow for the first time and he truly enjoyed himself. The house was very clean and cozy and easy to get to. Many snow activities for my son as well as having snow right out doors of the house with beautiful lake views. The house had space for all of us plus more. Next time I will bring my parents

Had a great short stay early December. Neighborhood is quiet and private but still close to everything. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Pet friendly accommodations were a huge plus. Overall had a great experience and would come back.

Very communicative hosts. It was a beautiful place to stay! My family really enjoyed the views and the close walk to the lake. The kitchen is extremely well stocked (although we did end up buying our own oil, salt, and pepper, maybe we just couldn’t find it) and it was overall a great place to stay for my family to have a quiet getaway weekend.

We had a great time at Rim Retreat!! Views of Lake Tahoe from the deck. Beautiful sunrises every morning. So close to the lake. We were blessed with seeing a mama bear and her two cubs on our first evening at the house!! We didn’t feel unsafe as we could safely watch them from a distance on the second level deck. The neighbors were all so nice, gave us plenty of information on local things to do. We felt that the house was very centrally located for all of the activities that we had planned, and a straight shot back to the airport in Reno. Definitely a great choice, and hope to return soon!!!!

The house was in a great location on so quiet street. The partial lake view was great. Well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. If you like decent bath products, definitely bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We had to go buy some at Safeway. Overall a nice place and we would come back.

Cabin was just as described, very clean and a very quick drive from all the restaurants on North Lake Blvd. There were plenty of extra blankets and fans for circulation and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location for a family vacation! Beautiful location close to everything and the neighbors are so nice. We will definitely be back!

We had a terrific vacation here. House is super convenient to all the lake life on the north shore, but tucked just far back enough in a peaceful little neighborhood. The house is more simple and rustic in furnishing and features, bathrooms are smaller. Bedrooms are fairly large. The kitchen was among the best stocked I have seen in a rental. They had basically every implement you want. They had a plane grater! The house and kitchen were spotlessly clean when we arrived. I used the king bed, mattress seemed nice, not hard or cheap. House doesn't have AC if that matters to you. It gets hot in the afternoon, but cools down nicely in the evening.

I booked this Airbnb for my mother and her friends. She said the Airbnb was very clean. She was happy with all the supplies they had in the kitchen.

Good central location on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Nearby Kings Beach, Incline Village and Tahoe City. Easy drive down from Highway 80 and Truckee. A short drive to beautiful parks and hiking trails. The partial lake views were so nice to have as well as the large deck with chairs, a table and BBQ. The large front windows facing out from the living area were wonderful to have, as well as the ability to open the door to the deck and windows to bring in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen was very usable for preparing and cooking meals. Overall the house was cozy and comfortable, and it was nice to have the one car garage, mudroom and washer and dryer as needed. Communication with Agate Bay Realty was excellent.

The cabin was the perfect central location for our family vacation in Lake Tahoe! The house was spacious and cozy, with lots of homey touches. The views were beautiful from the porch, the neighborhood was lovely to walk around, and the house was stocked with all utensils we could have needed. Would 10/10 recommend!

I have to say the home is exactly what I expect! Clean,great view, very cosy, great for family. Plenty entertainment for kids !!! I have 3 & they told me they would love to return!!!

The property was as the pictures displayed. It was well situated between King Beach, Tahoe Vista and Tahoe City. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and coffee. The dining room chairs and living area were not comfortable. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and great.

The property could use a little updating especially the carpet, but the kitchen was well-stocked, the house was clean and provided us everything we needed for a fantastic weekend! Thank you.

Nice cabin but not as close to the lake as I thought, easier to drive rather than walk down a steep pill and cross the major road to the lakeside. Kids loved kings Beach . We did the fire tower trail suggested by the realty company which was nice and beautiful views. We will definitely come back again.

The house is clean, neat and has most needed amenities. The location is great. This is an older Tahoe house with a cool funky vibe. The long dining table had enough room for my family to play lots of games and puzzles. This dog friendly house was perfect for our dogs. The downstairs mudroom is especially nice for unloading snow gear and toweling down the dogs. We look forward to returning for another vacation.

There is a nice place, have a lake view. The arrangement of the room is very suitable, there is enough place to organize equipment.

Perfect location for anywhere you want to visit on the North side of the lake. Home was very prepared with solar flashlights and kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The view from the deck is beautiful. You can see the lake and mountains out of the bedroom window also. We would stay here again and again!

Also a nice scenic drive to Emerald Bay. The Agate Bay team were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very nice and hospitable. Would definitely return again!

We were first time Tahoe visitors, and we loved the home. We found it easy to drive to new beaches and activities. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great cozy cabin with close proximity to the lake.The housewas clean and had all of the essentials we needed. Patio offers a view of the lake and the neighborhood is quiet. We stayed with our two pups, my only advised for future travelers is - be aware of bears nearby. We saw mama bear with 3 Cubs on the adjacent lot and of course gave them their space. Other than that, this is a wonderful cabin and we hope to be back again! Management company was very responsive.

I had a great stay here. I was close to a Safeway, and since you’re close the border of Nevada, you can easily head to Mt. Rose(only a 30 min drive). Easy access to the lake and a great view from the porch.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was so clean, had everything you needed, tons of space for people to stay and in a great neighborhood! You are really close to kings beach area right near a Safeway and restaurants as well. Will definitely hope to stay here again and had an AMAZING time!!

If you are looking to stay in the Tahoe Vista area this is a great location. Equal distances to Tahoe City and King beach! Loved the room on the ground floor where you enter the home. We were able to store all of our gear and bikes without having to drag up in the main house. Loved the location and the deck where you can see the lake and relax.

solid average place at a decent price. not the nicest place on block and more of a lake peep then view but cozy enough, well stocked and great communications.

This house is the perfect spot if you have a pet, they even had treats and dog blankets! It had a wonderfully equipped kitchen (my husband is a chef so this was key), a beautiful view of the lake and we loved the mud room after adventures in the snow! I highly recommend this house, especially for a family!
