Pezzola Luxury Home

My friends and I had a wonderful stay with no complications. We stayed here for three nights for a ski trip, and the location is very close to Palisades. The hot tub after skiing was icing on the cake. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet, and yet extremely cozy spot to stay at!

The space was perfect for our 3 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved playing all of the board games, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The house is incredibly well stocked in the kitchen / bathrooms, the beds with comfy, etc. We couldn't ask for a better location for skiing at both Northstar and Palisades. The communication with the host was fantastic too. We hope to return again!

The home was a dream location for our white Christmas! Everything exceeded our expectations and was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. They even had the good toilet paper! We had a great time and wish we could've stayed longer.

This Airbnb is the perfect place for a winter wonderland getaway with friends. The backyard was perfect for snowman making and hot tub relaxing. They had plenty of game and movie options for late night fun. The Airbnb is also super close to town and ski resorts. If you want a relaxing yet fun vacation with a big group of people I will 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Loved our stay at The Pezzola Cabin! This is such a beautiful place! From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the cleanliness and the overall homey feeling! Everything we needed for cooking was available. They had lots of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The living room was very comfortable and spacious. There’s a Safeway just up the road. Plenty of places to eat. When we left, my daughter left a very expensive item. The realty company was very responsive, located the item quickly, and even shipped back to us which was so awesome! This was our second time visiting this beautiful cabin and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

This cabin is incredible. One of the nicest lake houses we have experienced. I really hope to come back one day.

Kitchen and living room setup was great - able to visit with people while cooking. Beds were comfortable and outdoor spaces / decks were great for hanging out.

The house was very clean and organized, the kitchen well stocked. I appreciated the labels on the light switches because there were so many of them; I found this to be super helpful and removed the guesswork. I appreciated the online staybook and referred to it often. The property manager was very communicative from the time the reservation was made and up through checking out. Highly recommend!

This property was exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. It is an unbelievable, beautifully maintained house that feels like “home sweet home”. You will not be disappointed!!! The jacuzzi is a definite plus and very clean. The house was fully stocked with anything you could think of except for food. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there in the near future!!!

The cabin was absolutely immaculate and beyond stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Our group of 7 enjoyed how much space it had. The pool table was definitely a hit for all of us. The location was pretty central to everything, and walkable although we didn't walk anywhere. 40 minute drive to South Lake Tahoe, 50 minute drive to Reno. Kings Beach was a 5 minute drive, The Old Post Office Café was a 2 minute drive, and Carnelian Beach was a 5 minute drive. The house came fully stocked with everything that we could have needed; an insane amount of towels for the family to use, and insane amount of cups, plates, forks, knives, spoons. Anything you could imagine needing, you don't need to bring because the cabin was stocked with it all. All you need to bring for this cabin is your luggage, and any food items you plan on cooking. We didn't want to leave, but we will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future!

We stayed two nights. The hot tub was a surprise big hit for the 5- and 9-year-old kids who loved the lake but wanted to warm up after. Amenities as listed. Lovely neighborhood. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The rental was exactly as listed and had great amenities. It was well stocked with basics which I find typically not all AirBnB's are. Location was great. Host was extremely communicative via text. We had a very minor issue with the TV remote and they sent someone over to fix while we are out and resolved the issue very quickly. Would recommend this place!

Really clean and quiet location yet mins from the lake and Tahoe Vista beach.

The host went above and beyond when we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace working, stayed in contact the whole time until we figured it out, and even sent someone out to the house to resolve the issue within a couple of hours. We did get it working! The house itself was perfect for my sister's bachelorette, big enough for our group of 7 and easily could have fit several more, never felt crowded. Everything was clean. The couch looked a little used, but what couch doesn't? It definitely all felt clean. It was exactly what we hoped for, for a nice big Tahoe cabin. Plenty of everything we needed!

Had a lovely stay here for my birthday. Instructions for check in came the night prior, and the place was nice and warm as soon as we got in, contrary to how cold it was outside! They give you a nice guide for the house and the area you can access via phone which came in handy as well. The house was the perfect amount of room for us and our friends to hang out, cook together and play games. Such a relaxing time, and getting a response for any questions I had was easy and staff was so so nice. It does get warm at night if you leave the heater on, I recommend turning it down at night. Other than that it was a great place, and would love to come back for future visits!

Beautiful cabin comfortable for a group of 7. Lovely location for skiing and the hot tub was great for relaxing in the evenings. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of board games, and a pool table as a bonus! Clean and comfortable.

We rent different cabins each winter to enjoy with our family of 4. Close to northstar and Palisades. Lots of amenities and very clean. Lots of board games for the kids! We would stay here again

This property is amazing. Tucked away enough for peaceful nights but close enough to everything you want in Lake Tahoe. Well appointed with too many features to count. High end finishes throughout including heated floors in the bathrooms! Hot tub is large and was especially welcome after a long day skiing. Property managers at Agate Bay were super responsive and easy to work with. We will be staying here again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cabin in Lake Tahoe, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the beginning, the communication with the agency was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for our trip. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that everything was exactly as described. The cabin was not only charming and cozy but also well-maintained and equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the nearby attractions, yet it provided a peaceful and quiet environment. However, there was a minor downside. We found the couch not as comfortable as we had hoped. While this didn’t significantly impact our overall experience, it’s something to note since at the end of the day what we mostly wanted was to relax on the couch while watching some TV. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking.

This was a very cute and nice looking house. Very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house had all the required cleaning supplies. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi which was very clean and well maintained. The location is great. Close to Northstar and also Safeway and a few restaurants. Overall communication with property management was great. We would definitely stay in this property again. Loved it.

This vacation rental is great! I brought a group of 8, and was a bit concerned if we would be fully supplied with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cooking utensils, etc, but we had no issues with any of that in this home! We definitely appreciated that it was fully stocked, had plenty of towels (for the hot tub which runs all year round!), a stocked spice rack, and a surround sound system for the tv, perfect for a group movie night! Also, the location is only 5 mins from Safeway, which was super convenient for us travelers who forget things or need to make runs! The only thing to note is that the loft runs a bit tight for the pool table if you’re a pool player! The place is definitely a good one!

Best rental we have booked, anywhere in the world. Virtually everything worked (unusual for a rental house!), and the home was clean, well constructed and tastefully. decorated. Kitchen well equipped and even had enough spices, pans, etc. to actually prepare a meal! On a couple of issues that needed attention, Agate Bay was responsive and got the issues (clogged drain and loose. toilet seat) resolved quickly.

This place was exactly what we were hoping to find. The house was lovely and very clean. The heated floors in the bathrooms were fantastic and the location was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, down to cutting boards, a variety of spices, Tupperware, food storage bags and so much more. The hot tub was a wonderful addition that my kids loved. We will definitely be back again.

Great house for a family vacation! We have been coming up to North Lake Tahoe for years, and this house was perfect for our family of five. Comfortable beds, pool table, hot tub, games and puzzles, and good appliances in the kitchen all made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, fully stocked with basic necessities. Location is great for hiking, biking, lakeside or town. Spacious and comfortable! Wi-Fi and Jacuzzi were perfect. Fall visit, stunning views of the multi colored trees and clear blue lake. So many activities, Lake Tahoe is wonderful any time of the year!

House was as pictured! We loved the hot tub, the kitchen, and the heated floors in the bathroom! Kitchen had a lot of kitchenware, more than our last Airbnb, even tupperware which was super handy. Also loved having access to cleaning supplies (e.g. trash bags, dishwashing liquid). Communication was very fast, within minutes. Check in and out was easy. One of the best parts is that we experienced snow fall! One thing that kinda sucked was the location of the pool table, which was a big factor into choosing this place. There not enough space around it perimeter, and because of the dimensions of the loft upstairs, you can’t really move it so that there is enough space on each side. So we hardly used it. Other than that, our group had a great time!

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Since we were celebrating Thanksgiving, the kitchen space was important. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with all the cooking utensils, pots, panns etc., that i needed. The beds were very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. We had a fantastic stay in Carnelian Bay. The house was super clean and really comfortable, with the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever had in an Airbnb. The house was also very well organized with extra blankets, etc. all in labeled boxes and instructions for electronics and heating systems labeled clearly. We lost power for a few hours due to a big snow storm, but the house stayed pretty warm due to the gas fireplace. It was a great place to stay with our family of four for a skiing/sledding vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was amazing for our stay! We were able to comfortably stay with 6 adults and 1 child. Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe only minutes away, well stocked kitchen, clean hot tub, and fun pool table! When we arrived the driveway had not been plowed and it is a steep incline but with an email to the office we had a plow there in less than 30 minutes. They also sent somebody over when we were having trouble with the remotes for the TV. Checkout instructions were simple and designed around bear prevention rather than the guests doing chores. I would definitely stay here again!

The Pezzola cabin was great for our small group of friends! Everything was clean and usable and the heated tile floors in the upstairs bathroom were a great touch! Agate Bay Realty reached out proactively regarding an issue the guest before us had reported and had a maintenance person out within a few hours. He was kind and communicative and willing to discuss both immediate and long term fix options. It was great! Note to future guests: The flooring between the two stories is incredibly thin. Just walking can sound like the person upstairs is in the downstairs rooms. If you’re traveling with children or larger groups where people have a variety of bedtimes, I’d recommend having sound machines on hand to block out footsteps.

Amazing rental! Hot tub might be the best I've ever been in.

The place looked even bigger than the pictures and was overall very comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was right on the porch which made it very convenient to access. The kitchen was stocked with spices. The only slight downside is that the big bed in the bunk bed room was uncomfortable and sunk in in the middle. Otherwise, the place was great and a good location for accessing the ski resorts.

This was a great place for 6 adults to stay. It was very comfortable, the kitchen was accommodating, and the hot tub was a real luxury. The neighborhood is quiet, and stores and restaurants are only a few minutes away.

A roomy, comfortable, luxurious, and clean stay in a safe neighborhood! The hot tub is an amazing addition, and we rented a boat 10 minutes away and relaxed on the beach (unfortunately not walking distance, but still very close). The kitchen is fully stocked and clean, and so is the bathroom. My girlfriends and I felt safe in this neighborhood, and though we were there for Memorial Day weekend, it has a setup for work from home if that's something you're interested in.

We loved our stay, it was perfect for our group to ski at both Palisades and Northstar. The road and driveway were snow plowed which was helpful. The house is well designed and nicely furnished. The hot tub/pool table/fireplace were nice touches.

Beautiful home but very dark. The pool closed earlyon the Saturday on Labor Day at 3 pm. As we werepoolside the management was putting away umbrellaand chairs. We left early. Not nearly as luxurousas pictured. Nice but way too much $.

Wonderful family room, kitchen, master bedroom and second bedroom. All the bells and whistles. Third bedroom is definitely only for children. When we booked this home we booked it for three couples and one 8 year old. Was told that the third bedroom would be fine for our daughter, husband and their son. Very disappointed. Too cramped for the three of them. Upon arrival there were piles of dog poop on front deck which was surprising not only that this is a non-pet friendly home, but the fact that it wasn't cleaned up by the cleaning people before we arrived.A great home for two couples with children that would share the third bedroom which has bunkbeds and a double bed crammed up against a sloped wall.

Beautiful location surrounded by forest from every angle. The condition of the cabin is as pristine as the lake water. Modern amentities include large plasma tv, hot tub, pool table, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, with all new fixtures and appliances. You'll feel like you're living in a brand new cabin that was placed in God's country far, far from city living.

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas, 2009. The home is beautiful with lots of amenities. We put the kitchen to work and found much of what we needed. Appliances and kitchen amenities are pretty good, but if you want specialty items, be safe and bring them yourself.The layout was very nice and contributed to lots of nice family time. Pool table is fun but squashed into a room a bit too small (not enough room for the pool cues to extend for shots). Lots of family games and nice DVD selection, plus tvs in every bedroom. The hot tub was very nice and we definitely used it a lot. Location was great - easy drive to Squaw and Northstar. Easy access to grocery, convenience and drug stores. It was unclear who was responsible for shoveling drive, however (we had a blizzard upon arrival). Two family members ended up spending hours clearing the drive when property company said it was our responsibility, but right after they finished, someone came through the neighborhood to clear the drive. Frustrating to have wasted precious vacation time if not necessary.Property rental company was responsive and nice to work with preceding arrival, and instructions for property arrival and departure were very clear. Thanks - we would certainly stay here again!

Our group had a great time staying at the Pezzola house and would gladly come again. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the amenities. Three nights were not enough to really take advantage of the hot tub, pool table, and well-situated kitchen and dining area. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Last December I rented a house in Cabo San Lucas, through a similar property management company. It was a bad experience from beginning to end; not horrible, but bad. It made me hesitant to try it again. but I did. Agate Realty was not only very easy to do business with, but also very responsive. I rented this homejust a few weeks prior to the actual trip. The website was easy to use, and the reservation was made simply. The Pezzola home was spectacular for us. It has very high-end amenities (sound system, appliances, jacuzzi, etc) all in excellent condition. It was about a ten minute walk to the lake, which was fine for us but may not be what others seek. We spent days exploring the lake, forest, and surroiunding region, then enjoyed the house in th eevenings by preparing great meals and watching movies on the great TV and sound system. Absolutely we plan to go back. The Realty Company was a joy to do business with.

The Pezzola home has all of the amenities of home along with the beauty of Lake Tahoe. The home is equipped with everything: a big screen TV, hot tub, pool table and the right to use the tennis courts, pool and pier at agate Bay. It is the perfect place for a family vacation! The home is very comfortable - the indoor furniture and beddings are great and the outdoor furniture is outstanding! The price of the rental is a bit high (about $2200 a week including housekeeping and taxes). However, we have a great time and have rented it for 3 straight years.

A beautiful property that was very comfortable for two families while also having great upgrades and a certain rustic elegance. The hot tub was great - as was the modern kitchen. Board games and a pool table kept everyone engaged and happy. We'd love to rent this property again.

Comfortable, Clean cabin. Pricey but worth the money for this luxury cabin. Well furnished and well equipped for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable and hot tub / pool table were nice to have. Only complaint: Driveway was very icy when we arrived and remained icy for the weekend. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Pezzola house for 11 days in august and had an absolutely fantastic time. The home is amazing in every way, the rooms are comfortable (especially the master!) and the space is great for more than one family. Every amenity you need, the hot tub was great for the kids, the pool access was perfect, not to mention the weather was superb. We would have a hard time renting another home when we come back to North Lake - no comparison! The price may seem a bit high when you're considering other rentals but trust me, definitely worth it! We'll stay again in a heartbeat!

This is more than a home -- it's a lovely work of art inside. Fresh, fine, high-quality, well-balanced, inviting, comfortable; you wanted to be there just to savor it. Probably the finest rental home I've stayed in out of several at Tahoe. Eager to return!

We loved the Pezzola cabin! From the gourmet kitchen to the newly remodeled bathrooms, we were truly spoiled. The spa and pool table were a nice touch as well. The location was great too. We will be back!!

It's a lovely, well maintained home, with ample supplies of everythingone would need over the week. The home is listed as sleeping 10,however I would say that 7 is best because there are two baths,,2 king size beds (for 2 each), a bunk bed (2), and a double bed in the same room (1). We loved the proximity to pool,tennis, beach and community. The hot tub was wonderful.Our family (of 8) would probably require a few more beds/and a bath, however.

The place was lovely. My family and I really enjoyed our time there (wish we had more time)! The house was cozy, beds comfortable, and lots of space. We really enjoyed lounging on the front patio and in the hot tub. Location is great too, near the lake and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend it!

We were a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 toddlers.) and had a wonderful time at this property. It was extremely clean with beautiful interior decorations, quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was also stocked with many board games and a pool table, which keeps us entertained in the evening. The loft area has a xbox but we didn't have time to play with it. The property is conveniently located that is less than 10min away from kings beach. It's also worth noting that the lady at the property management company was cheerful and friendly. She kindly allowed us late checkout which makes our packing-up on the last day more relaxed. It's a wonderful property and we will definitely book it again in the future!

This place is awesome. It had comfortable beds, lots of room, flat screen TV in every room w/ direct TV and movie channels. Heated bathroom floors, a great hot tub outside and lots of board games and movies. We will definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in North Lake Tahoe, don’t even think about any other place. Clean, thoughtful touches in every corner of the rental, it was amazing. This is the only place you’ll need to the point where you don’t even want to leave to do things out of the house.

This place really has it all and is conveniently located between North Star and Squaw Valley while being super close to Lake Tahoe. House was stocked with just about every amenity you could think of and hot tub was a major perk after a long day of skiing! Overall very clean and plenty of room for a group of people.

This house was perfectly located to the lake, ski lodges and snowmobiling activities. The local recommendations were very handy. The home was very comfortable and well stocked for cooking meals, playing board games and relaxing in the hot tub. We were a party of 5 and the house had plenty of space for everyone.

Just returned from 10 days at this wonderful home! The property was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed - which was great cuz we love to cook! It had everything we needed - including plastic storage containers, paper/plastic goods, essential spices, even some olive oil! I had brought several things from home but didn’t need to use them! The beds were comfy, and the outdoor decks were lovely for reading! We did face a small challenge with the TV/DVD/audio system, but the property manager sent someone out to assist the same day. We were especially happy to have a pool table - but be prepared for limited space. We still had a great time playing munchkin pool with the family! The property is close to King Beach and Tahoe City. Lots of places to see the beautiful blue lake! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We loved this house! Our family of 6 was extremely comfortable and happy with the house. It was stocked with everything you could think of- from paper goods to cleaning supplies to kitchen appliances and tools. It was very, very clean which was appreciated. Everything was very organized and neatly arranged and labeled. Our boys loved the hot tub and pool table, and there were LOTS of board games too (with all the pieces intact, I might add!). It was a quick walk to the Swim Club to enjoy the pool. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks, though we encountered mosquitoes and most of us were bit. Overall, it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again!

This place had everything: a jacuzzi, fireplace, a nice outdoor grill, a lot of beds, and a great pool table. It was also very close to a Safeway which made it easy to buy groceries and was very close to the lake. Highly recommend!

Our family had such a great time here! The house is very clean. It was stocked with cleaning supplies, games, extra blankets, pillows, the kitchen had just about everything, and they even have hygiene products if needed! The hot tub was a nice touch! They even have a bbq that is easy to use and fully stocked with bbq accessories! Just a peaceful and great place to spend quality time with friends and family! We will definitely be back here one day!

Really nice hot tub and kitchen. Plenty of extra towels and pillows and throw blankets. TV and entertainment center was amazing. Directions to use the remote were missing.

Highly recommended. the house will most comfortably fit 6 to 8 people with room for everybody to spread out and have a large bed. Our stay was wonderful and we plan to visit again.

Great house in a great location! This house has all you need for a short or longer stay in Tahoe. The cabin is spacious, well stocked and the hot tub is great, if a little heavy on chlorine. Close to many of the mountains, perfect for skiing. The check in process was super easy and communication was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

The vacation rental was simply awesome! It was very clean and there was ample space for all of us to relax and have fun at the same time. Our kids had a blast playing in the snow outside. We would definitely visit again next year or even prior to that (in the summer). Thanks Agate Bay Realty for giving us such a memorable experience.

Overall my family is very relaxed and have a great time. I'm mostly impressed, with some nits mentioned below (but not a big deal though) just for completeness. Very clean. The tips on their house manual are very detailed. They offer more than 10 kinds of interesting board games, which kept me & my kids very engaged at night. The pool table is great amenity. The light switches are clearly labeled. Plenty of space: 1 king-bed upstairs; 1 king-bed + full-size bed + a bunk bed downstairs (in 2 rooms). The bedrooms downstairs are connected to a balcony. It's probably because of that, when people speak in the bedrooms downstairs, the sound travels through the windows & the balcony to reach the bedroom upstairs (and vice versa). The doors of the bedrooms are very sound proof (for example, if someone speaks in the dining area, the person in the bedroom can't hear it), but the windows + balcony are not as sound-proof. Coffee machine is provided, but I couldn't find ground coffee (typically I could find ground coffee + some tea bags in AirBnB units but not in this).

The home was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Everything was available for cooking in the kitchen, more than enough towels for both the jacuzzi and showers. Large home, great for 6-8 people. Instructions and house rules easy to find and follow. The only thing that can be improved is the wifi, it became basically unusable with more than 2 simultaneous users.

This Carnelian Bay house was everything we could ask for and more! The owners and Agate Bay Realty did and amazing job furnishing the house for renters while the house itself is a hidden gem right near Lake Tahoe. It was perfect for our group of 6 but could have easily slept many more. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a long day on the mountain. I highly recommend this house and Agate Bay Realty to anyone looking for a super easy and comfortable stay on Lake Tahoe!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin. We had 6 guests and fit more then comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking and had lots of space to cook delicious meals with the family and cuddle by the fire afterwards. There is a collection of games in the living room, blankets, pillows and a nice table. I couldn’t have asked for any more. The home warms up fast surprisingly. I emailed them about what I thought was an issue I with the jacuzzi, but it was our mistake. They responded with in a few minutes and had someone out within the hour. The jacuzzi was running perfectly, it was a mistake on our end but the mechanic was extremely nice about it. The view around the jacuzzi was gorgeous, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time at this home everything was great and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome. It is located in Carnilian Bay (the North end of Lake Tahoe). The place is quite large with 3 bedrooms but room for a few people in the living room and others in the loft where the pool table sits. The kitchen is awesome with just about every cooking utensil you will need. The barbecue uses natural gas, the hot tub is quite spacious and the outdoor patio is great for having your meals outside (we went in late June/early July). Would definitely come back again - the entire process of getting the place, checking in and checkout out was so smooth! I would like to come back in winter for the ski season.

We loved our week in this awesome house! Super clean, spacious and in a great location. Having two decks, a pool table, big gas BBQ and a sparking clean hot tub added to the fun! The management company is great‚ very friendly and service-oriented. We emailed them Sunday AM about one minor item in the house that needed to be repaired and they had a maintenance person come over immediately to address it. We were all blown away by how well the kitchen was stocked with every kind of cooking appliance (hello waffle maker and blender!) along with spices, oil and other cooking essentials. Tip: we ordered grocery delivery from the local Safeway supermarket through their app and the groceries were delivered to the house shortly after we arrived, which was a nice convenience. Only nits: slow internet (used my Verizon data instead), temperamental washer-dryer (ended up at laundromat down the street), no AC (we knew this going in, and it generally was not an issue due to lots of shady trees and breezes, but a little uncomfortable at times during our August visit), very bright in AM (bring a sleeping mask to sleep late). However, these are all very minor and didn‚Äôt prevent our stay from being fantastic! Overall, a 5-star stay and highly recommended!

The collection of board games and puzzles were a great addition. The home was perfectly sized for our needs. Great access to outdoor space and places to take walks. Will def return next year. Also very well designed organized and lots of house hold items to keep us comfortable.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin. It was clean and organized. Loved that all the light switches were labeled, so helpful! Loved the hot tub and fireplace for cozy evenings. Plenty of board games for entertainment and TVs in all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals at the home during COVID. Beautiful neighborhood for walking.

The place was very comfy and it does give out a cabin feeling. I was very pleased and impressed with the amount of species and kitchen accessories there were as if it were your own home. Also, with being stocked up on towels, cleaning supplies, and etc. The pool, hot tub, and board games were a nice touch to have a fun night. The downside would be when someone is moving upsides the house tends to squeak and it has thin walls. The backyard is misleading with the photos, there wasn’t much privacy.

This is a very clean cozy spacious cabin! Very well kept. It had all the things we needed to enjoy our 4 night stay! The bathrooms have heated floors it some very thoughtful touches! I would definitely visit this home again! A+ on my ratings list!

We had a great stay. The games were a hit, and I loved the large kitchen that was very well apportioned. I really appreciated having enough towels to not have to do laundry for our whole trip! The hot tub was wonderful, and quite possibly the favorite part of the whole trip.

The house was very clean and hot tub and pool table were a great addition to the beautiful house. Was perfect for our group and was not too far from the ski resorts, would definitely rent here again.

Pictures provided don’t show that there are so many cute details this property offers, so we were in a pleasant surprise. There are adorable bears incorporated into design everywhere (outdoor and in), lots of wood, floor plan is very efficient, kitchen is stocked with things we didnt even know we needed, fun bar area, there are many lighting options to create atmosphere at night. Upstairs is warmer than downstairs, but we were never cold. Heated bathroom floors and blanket warmers were an adorable touch. We stayed for couple of days and skied Northstar that was 15 min away.

Had a great stay with the family. The cabin was plenty spacious for the four of us, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kids had a blast playing all the different board games. The hot tub was perfect and nice to relax in even with the snow as it is only a few steps from the living room. Make sure you are comfortable driving in the snow as it dumped and the driveway is slightly steep. We are already planning a trip back to the cabin.

This place is the pinnacle of luxury living at an affordable price with an absolutely perfect location. I spent a week here with my friends for our annual snowboarding trip and we could not stop raving about it. 5 minutes from the grocery store and 20 minutes from Squaw and Northstar and essentially right on the water. The hot tub was an amazing amenity and the coziness of this house made it a great place to relax in at the end of the day. The minor details that aren’t captured in the photos are what really tie the place together and make this a truly unique and unforgettable experience. I could not recommend this location enough.

We couldn't have been happier!! it was just as nice as in the photos!! It is a beautiful home, not huge but at the same time easily accomodates 9-10 people in comfort! We had one day just to stay at home and I wondered if the teenagers would get bored but on the contrary!! board games, pool table, hot tub and if you forget anything the store is just a few minutes away!! Very well stocked kitchen !

The cabin is large, bright, clean, and has the perfect amount of space for any size group. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and cookware that anyone would need, including a full array of spices. Everything was well labeled and easy to use, including the hot tub! Agate Bay Realty was excellent as a Host, and was readily available throughout the booking process, during the stay, and after departure. I highly recommend this rental property and Host to anyone looking to get the most from their Lake Tahoe visit!
