My friends and I had such an amazing stay at this gorgeous, spacious cabin. We loved coming back after our ski days to relax on the comfy couch, cook dinner in the well-stocked kitchen, and hot tub on the back deck with spectacular snowy trees around us. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our recent stay at a cabin in North Shore Lake Tahoe was outstanding. The cabin was clean, with comfortable beds and fresh, clean towels. The supply of firewood added a cozy touch. Its location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and a variety of kid-friendly activities. This cabin provided the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and adventure, making it an excellent choice for a family getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Lake Tahoe.

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house was perfect for the group. All the kids stayed in the room with 2 bunk beds and had a great time (maybe TOO good; had a hard time getting them to actually sleep). The roomy living area and well-equipped kitchen made breakfast and dinner a breeze. And compliments to the property owner for having SO many coat hooks around the house, which was super handy for everyone's winter clothing. PS: the house is equipped with many sleds in the garage; it's not in the listing but super useful to anyone who wants to go sledding and don't want to lug their own up to Tahoe.

The place was great. Nice quiet location and neighborhood. The kitchen was wonderful and fully furnished. I normally bring my own pans and knives and some other things. Turns out it was unnecessary here. There is a lot of room in this place, more than we needed really. Still, we fully used the living space which was spacious and had comfortable furnishings. The two decks were great to hang out on as well.

This place worked perfectly for my group of 9. The best part was the open concept living room and there were so many other great spots to relax. It was only a short drive from Kings Beach and I would recommend this place for your next stay.

Perfect home for 2 families to share. Beds were very comfortable, large areas to hang out in after a day on the slopes and the kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of dishes and we were thrilled to see a slow cooker! Great area for skiing- 15 mins to Alpine and plenty of restaurants / shopping close by. Highly recommend!

this home was gorgeous, quiet, and literally had everything you could think of you might need. I make my next comment knowing we came in August a typical hot summer month. the home has no air conditioning which made it a little uncomfortable during the day. however, at night with windows open and a fan going it was super cool. During the day though, the home got a little warm even with the fans going. most of our time was spent exploring and enjoying the lake which was super close. kings beach is just a few moments away. cute shops for shopping and you must go to Old Range Steakhouse for the MOST DELICIOUS meal, also just a short ride away. Tahoe City was just about a 10-15 minute drive and there was a great deal to do there as well. this home came super stocked with anything you may need, towels were provided and enough toilet paper and paper towels to last the week. the downstairs has three big bedrooms one of which has a large flat screen TV with a Wii play system. finally, do yourself a favor and take a shower in the master bedroom every single day. You'll thank me later! communication with rental company was efficient and they answered promptly. 10 out of 10 stars. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

After spending 2 weeks in this beautiful cabin I did not want to leave. Such a great location nice and quiet, friendly neighbors and a friendly neighborhood bear that walks through the backyard every afternoon around 6pm. I will be back for another 2 weeks next month. We all like this house very much. It is spacious and elegant. It has all the living facilities, especially the equipment for the children's favorite snow activities. As the snow fell outside the window, my family would bake a warm wood fire in front of the fireplace, bake marshmallows for the children, and the family happiness would fly through the house, healing the stress and frustration of long hours at work. We all like this beautiful house very much, my wife said, we will bring her mother back to play in the summer. Thank you for your professional recommendation, so that we can meet the beauty!

Had a great time at the cabin. Was very spacious for my large group, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was great for after a long day skiing!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The kitchen is well-stocked, the common area is large, the hot tub is wonderful, and the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. The realty company that manages it has everything well organized, with labels on everything, a printed booklet in the cabin, and instructions and information emailed to you in advance.

Great stay and easy access to ski mountains! Hot tub was beautiful! We got a significant amount of snow which didn’t get plowed until late. No problem if you have 4WD for the cars but would have been nice to have pathways shoveled and salted.

The cottonwood home was amazing . We met our adult children there to enjoy the snow and ski. The place was very welcoming, had all the comforts of home. Great kitchen, we love to cook. Had plenty of dishes and nice pans. The house was very cozy , nice beds and plenty of room . We hope to return

We loved our stay in Tahoe Vista, and especially appreciated Agate Bays prompt attention and help when the first home we rented ran into roofing issues (due all of the snow, not their fault in the first place). There was no inconvenience to us as the company quickly and efficiently redirected our stay. The home was well equipped and spacious, perfect for cooking in and enjoying time together. Would definitely stay again.

The house had everything you might need. Great fireplace and plenty of seating area at table counter, and in living room. Loved the large decks on front and back of house so we always had sun to sit in. Nice to have the garage to unload groceries and our personal things. Great kids room with toys, games, books, TV and Wii! From the youngest to the oldest we were all very happy renters! We will be back next year!

Everything was great! plenty of room, and a good board game selection. Hot tub can only fit 4 people, it became a hot commodity when we got off the slopes. Would stay again!

Wow what an amazing house that had top of the line amenities plus room to spread out. We had a large group (12-14) staying at the house and had plenty of room and never felt crowded this was thanks in part to the size of the property, the huge circular dining table, and many rooms. Super close to everything on the North side of Tahoe and a perfect set up.

This property was outstanding to stay at. Super clean, well appointed, excellent neighborhood, and close to the activities I was interested in (hiking, beach, dining, shopping, etc.). The upstairs great room is the perfect place for any group to socialize in, a great open kitchen/dining area/breakfast bar, room for everyone. I liked how the master bedroom was upstairs and the spacious secondary bedrooms were down, and each room had comfy beds and were nicely decorated. All the bathrooms were updated. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great Tahoe rental. It has everything you'll need, and more. I'll be back!

The place was amazing it blew my mind. It was just very big and felt like home. Definitely will be coming back. It winter and the place didnt have a propane so if you want to BBQ you will need to get one. Very clean, and had everything we need to cook and hang out. the car garage help a lot while it was snowing and raining. Everything about this place was perfect for kids, pet, family.

Lovely house located on quiet cul-de-sac minutes away from the lake via walk or car. Can easily rent kayaks and paddle boards nearby, stop by grocery store, and frequent nearby restaurants. House is spacious, updated, and family friendly. Kitchen/great very comfortable with gorgeous view of woods. Highly recommend!

This property had it all and exceeded our expectations on all levels. Great fireplace with all the wood you'll need, small but fantastic hot tub and a kitchen that had everything. Will come back for sure. The price/value ratio is exceptional.

Lovely house with lots of open space for entertaining or relaxing. We enjoyed our stay there and were able to get in several days of skiing at the nearby slopes. The house is well stocked with appliances, utensils, and wood for a fire!

Great place! It is absolutely perfect for a large group. Clean, great amenities, great proximity to Northstar and a dream kitchen to kick back and relax.

I booked this house for a group ski trip, and it was everything we needed/wanted. The house had so much space for us to hang out in together and enough room for folks (10 adults) to sleep comfortably as well. The hot tub felt great after a day on the slopes. It was about a 15 minute drive to Northstar, so very convenient. The kitchen was excellent and well stocked with bowls, pans, etc. (not spices, but Agate Bay warned us about that, so we were able to plan ahead). Agate Bay sent out detailed instructions for arrival and departure. Everything we needed to know was easily made available to us (fire instructions, firewood, key location, lock box code, wifi, etc.) and made for a really smooth trip. We'd love to come back.

Great place in North Lake Tahoe, felt really comfortable and warm. Kitchen is pretty stocked and the showers are nice! Definitely loved it and will look to book again.

This is such a beautiful home! Spacious enough for multiple families without feeling crowded. The house has everything you need while on vacation- kitchen essentials, comfortable living area with games, spa, propane bbq, and an enclosed area for dogs! The rental company was always quick to respond to all my questions. They were helpful and accommodating throughout the process! I’d definitely recommend this house. Can’t wait to come back!

This home was absolutely beautiful in person, even better than the photos. It was clean and inviting as well. We were relaxed and comfortable with plenty of space to entertain. The neighborhood was peaceful. Great location only about 5 minutes from the dock. Shops and restaurants same distance away. So happy we chose this place over others!

The management company was incredible and went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved the house. It was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the large gas BBQ was awesome. The TV has access to Netflix and Hula and the WiFi worked well. We would definitely come back.

This is seriously the best cabin we have ever stayed at in Tahoe. Not only of its great location and proximity to the beach, but the house itself is spacious with a open space floorplan, very clean, and very well stocked with everything you will ever need or can think of. The master bedroom has amazing dual shower heads in the shower and also a jetted tub. The water pressure was amazing and we never ran out of hot water even with 8 people showered one after another. We also enjoyed the spacious double decks and the outdoor grill and hot tub. The house is so comfortable we wouldn't even have left the house if we didn't already planned some outdoor activities prior to the trip. Great place to stay and I highly recommended it!

Great place in a beautiful setting. Close walk to the lake, and also to the forest. Very well equipped kitchen, amazing living room / deck, hot tub and a lot of space. The only bummer is that despite how it was advertised the bbq is only functional in the summer months. Would stay here again!

This house has everything you need and more for a ski weekend with friends or family. There was plenty of space for a group of 10 of us and all the amenities we needed to make meals in the kitchen. The place was updated and clean, with plenty of comfy beds and couches. The neighborhood is quiet and the located was perfect for accessing multiple ski resorts. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice house in a great neighborhood. Beware in winter - at our arrival, the main road up the hill to the neighborhood was totally iced in and many cars were having trouble getting up the hill, including 4-wheel drive cars. We barely made it up with chains on our 2-wheel drive car. Others we did not know failed to make the trek. If you are prepared for the driving conditions this is an awesome winter retreat!

This place was amazing! We stayed with our family and it was the perfect space and set up, lots of bedrooms and comfortable beds. Upstairs open kitchen and family room is a lovely space. Great location, beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated home. Hot tub was wonderful and loved that they let us bring our pup! We'll be back for sure!

Amazing family weekend in the snow! Northstar was a short drive away, plenty of amenities, nice soak in the hot tub and great fireside laughs!

Nice home quiet neighborhood but beware of the neighbors dog coming over to greet you. She is sweet but she will want to follow you into the garage/house. Especially if you are staying with a dog. She is dog friendly and greeted my dog nicely but your dog may not appreciate this.

Great space for a family get together. The fireplace, hot tub and well stocked kitchen were very much appreciated. Absolutely quiet neighborhood tucked in the trees, but close to stores, the lake and other attractions.

Customer service was unhelpful when we had questions. We'd still go back though.

Filled it with 10 adult friends from SF & LA who have all stayed in a plethora of houses in Tahoe and other ski resorts - by far our favorite house. Plenty of space, location was awesome, beds were SUPER comfortable, and it was just beautiful and easy for a big group. We had family dinners at the dining table, all cooked in the large open kitchen, played card games around the living room. Again - comfortable, clean, beautiful, and easy. Highly highly recommend staying here!!!!!

Solid weekend cabin in Tahoe, definitely would recommend if you are looking for a space with a large living room area and ample beds to go around!

Very clean and spacious. Easy checkin, and great location. About 15 minute walk to the lake and quick drive to ski resorts.

There is too much to talk about for a short review. The location is amazing just a few blocks from the lake, and a few miles from skiing. Our group of 7 had had a room for each couple and many beds to spare. The house has a great heating system that was almost silent. Kitchen and dinning area was more than spacious enough to fit all friends while cooking and eating. The house is a chef delight with everything you need to cook crepes and casserole to surf and turf for 7 people. We are definitely going to plan a follow up trip in the near future. Happy travels to all. You will not be disappointed.

The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with spices and essentials. It felt like it was a home rather than a place that's pumps renters through it. My friends and I had a great time there. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely loved the house. It was well stocked and clean. Location was great and super close to everything we needed. Our only complaint was it was insanely hot upstairs. A small AC unit would’ve been helpful becasue our first night was a dreadful sleep. On top of that couldn’t open the door for fresh air because of the note on the wall stating to keep all doors and windows locked at night due to bears. The ceiling fan was not enough for the room and in the family room. Add cooking and an oven too that for dinner and it just got even hotter! Other than that, it was a great stay. I’d stay again during the summer if AC were added.

Great place to stay! About a 5 minute drive to the beach and the marina. The hot tub was great, the huge patio space was lovely and everything was very clean. The only downside is no AC, and with so many houses close by leaving the windows open past 10 isn’t a good idea due to noise. I would stay here again!

Wonderful open space and plenty of sleeping areas for a family or small group of friends. Back porch with BBQ and hot tub were perfect for evenings and close proximity to local beach.

The house was very large, and centrally located just up from the lake. Good for 3 couples. The hot tub is a bit small but still enjoyable. We would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this place. We had some issues with the hot tub but overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is amazing. The pictures are accurate. We were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook. They could use a new knife set but other than that great cookware including a mixer and a crock pot. The beds and bedding were great. The shower in the master bath was amazing with dual shower heads. The kids loved the downstairs room and they enjoyed the Wii with all the games. The garage was big enough to fit my 4x4 4 door truck. There is a few sleds for the snow and a great area behind the house to play in the snow. I would recommend this house and we will be staying here again. It is close to everything in kings beach but still very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a great vacation. Also we had 4 kids on Zoom at the same time, no problems wifi was amazing :)

our stay in tahoe vista was amazing! quiet neighborhood with an incredible view of the lake during our walks. There was also 2 fenced in decks and 1 good sized yard so our pups could play in the snow! Also plenty of games indoors to keep busy. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

Spacious home that can easily host two families or 3 couples. It is centrally located walking distance from the lake and 30 minutes driving from ski resorts. It has a private garage. My favorite area is the large family room that can gather all for spending time together. The hot tub is very private and the main bathroom has a great jacuzzi setup. The kitchen is fully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay there

This home is in a great location. Quiet cul de sac, nice little walk to the north Tahoe regional park which is a great spot to sled, walk your dog and in the warm months enjoy the tree tops adventure park. Easy drive to restaurants and shops. If you’re looking for something high end, the cabin itself doesn’t really offer that. The furnishings are old, the bedding and the beds themselves aren’t very comfortable and the house isn’t cleaned in a way that says high end-contrary to the price. The photos depict a really light and bright home-this is not accurate. Downstairs is pretty dark and the main living space upstairs is also dark most of the day-even with all the lights turned on. The jetted master tub was a real treat after a day out on the mountain. They have everything you’d need in the kitchen to cook a nice meal and after our stay-a popcorn maker too (because we forgot it!). All in all this house is perfect if you’re not too fussy and location is your priority.
