The Carnelian Ridge Retreat offers guests the best of all seasons in Lake Tahoe considering you can walk to one of the few dog friendly beaches (Watermans Landing) along Gar Woods Grill & Pier and downtown Carnelian Bay. In the winter, the condo is centrally located between Northstar California and Palisades and the spring and fall guests can access both the lake and the forest without driving. The condo is also conveniently located close to the Carnelian Woods HOA clubhouse with a community pool, and common areas with hot tubs, sauna facilities, and bocce and tennis courts.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
