This north Tahoe dog friendly rental home features a 3 bedroom/2 bath main house with vaulted ceilings, rock fireplace, nicely landscaped yard, hot tub, 2 car garage, and a bonus area above the garage with twin beds, large TV, and couch making it a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are plenty of activities to do at the house including a nice lawn area for kids to play, ping pong table in the garage, and the back yard features a new hot tub and horseshoe pit. The house is also a good fit for group where someone needs very few stairs and easy access.
In the summer, the home is within walking distance of a dog friendly beach (Patton Beach), Magic Carpet miniature golf course, Blue Warrior Cafe, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB's Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and Carnelian Bay. Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. Additional NotesThe Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times.
