This all wood "ski lodge" Tahoe luxury rental home is located on over a half acre parcel that backs to forest with spa on back deck. The vacation rental home features vaulted ceilings, large rock fireplace, two car garage, all wood walls, and newly remodeled kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a Thermador commercial range and oven, new cabinets and appliances, and new counter tops. The bathrooms have new vanities and the master bathroom has a heated tile floor. The new Ralph Lauren furniture and linens (1000 thread count) sets this house apart from the typical rent home. The living room and kitchen are open to one another for easy conversations. Living room has a 42" flat screen TV and VCR/CD/DVD player plus digital cable. The upstairs bedroom with the bunks and twins has a TV that is perfect for kids.

For bigger groups, this rental home is only a couple houses away from Roycraft and Greenwald homes and a short walk to the Prioste home.

All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe vacation rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The discount lift tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. View lift ticket prices, ski resorts and age categories

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

    Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
