Description
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this Lake Tahoe dog friendly rental cabin and ski lease has a hot tub on the back deck facing the forest and has real Tahoe ambiance. The vacation rental home features a newer sunny deck with built in benches, secluded setting (end of cul-de-sac and the home backs up to forest), and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a badminton court and horseshoes in the summer and a great snow play area for kids in the winter. The upstairs bedroom is great for kids with a bunk set, two twin beds, and a TV with DVD. The dog friendly beach, Patton beach, is located about 1 mile away and you can walk to great hiking and biking trails, including the Tahoe Rim Trail, from the rental house. The home is available for ski lease for $2000 a month during the winter from Jan 2 to May 2 and you can view the terms and conditions of ski leases.

There is additional parking, with notice, available at Agate Bay Realty (1 block away). *For larger groups, this rental home is a very short walk to the Tash vacation home. All Agate Bay Realty Tahoe rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. Additional Notes*This home has access to the Agate Bay pool and tennis courts in the summer but not the pier facilities. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times.
