This three bedroom pet friendly Tahoe vacation rental cabin has all three bedrooms upstairs with a true master bedroom. The downstairs features new carpet, flat screen tv, and the kitchen, living room, and dining room are open to one another. The living room furniture has recently been replaced with a fold out couch that does not have any springs or bars so it is comfortable. There are two decks one on the front and one on the back of the home. In the summer, the home is within walking distance of the Agate Bay pool facility and close to hiking and biking trails. The home is well suited for someone looking for a clean comfortable home and working on a budget.

*For larger groups this home is close to the Prioste and Tash homes.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open in the summer from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
