Located just south of Tahoe City, this Old Tahoe style cabin offers a tenant the best of the old and the new. The home has been extensively remodeled and features Douglas Fir floors, rock fireplace with vaulted wood ceilings, knotty peeled pine accents, 6 person hot tub, and a nicely landscaped parcel complete with aspens and wildflowers. Additionally, the home has tasteful furniture appointments that remind people they are in the mountains.

The location of the home is also hard to beat. A tenant can walk to Sunnyside Restaurant, Fire Sign Cafe, the private Tahoe Park Beach & Pier (BBQ's, lawn area, kids play structure, beach, and two piers). Guests have immediate access to other conveniences including the bike path to Tahoe City or the Tahoe Rim Trail. In the winter the home is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood ski areas. The home is available for ski lease for $2500 a month during the winter from Jan 2 to May 2 and you can view the terms and conditions of ski leases.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. The Tahoe Park Homeowners Association beach is from May through October.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
