This 4 BR/2 BA dog friendly Tahoe home features a new redwood deck with hot tub, large rock fireplace with woodstove insert, newly remodeled kitchen, two car garage, and a large loft area that has 5 twin beds a fooz ball table, TV & DVD player. In addition, there is a pool table, TV & DVD and small refrigerator located above the garage. For summer tenants, you can walk to a dog friendly beach is located about 1/2 mile from the property (10 minute walk), the Agate Bay Pool and downtown Carnelian Bay.

The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. *For larger groups, the house is a couple doors down from the Butterfield and Rice homes and across the street from the Brogden home. All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times.
