Located on a corner lot, this three bedroom/two bath pet friendly ski lease and rental cabin features newer flooring, brand new redwood deck with hot tub and patio furniture, rock fireplace and HD TV in the living room, good winter access, and a loft area for extra living space. The vacation rental home is located in Agate Bay (between Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay on the north shore of Lake Tahoe). The rental home is within walking distance of the Agate Bay Pool and Tennis Courts in the summer. The home is available for ski lease for $2000 a month during the winter from Jan 2 to May 2 and you can view the terms and conditions of ski leases.

*For bigger groups, this vacation home across the street from the Rice rental home and is a very short walk to the Empey, Gardner and Brogden homes.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. View available lift ticket prices, resorts and age categories.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

    Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
