The Blanka north Tahoe ski lease and vacation rental home has been extensively remodeled with new carpet, tile floors, bathrooms, couches and other furniture appointments (imported French pine furniture). The large master bedroom has a small patio, bathroom, and a small office area. The downstairs is where the living room, kitchen and dining room are located and they are all open to one another for easy conversations. Located upstairs there are two bedrooms and one bath. In the room with the four twins there is also a game table and cable TV. The home is available for ski lease for $2000 a month during the winter from Dec 1 to May 1 or Jan 2 to May 2 and you can view the terms and conditions of ski leases.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Agate Bay Realty guests can purchase discount lift tickets through our office to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. The tickets are good everyday of the season and you save $10-$15 per ticket depending on the dates of redemption. Additional NotesThe Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times.
