This is what most people think of when they think Lake Tahoe. Panoramic lakeview, indoor hot tub with doors that open to the view, river rock fireplace, oak cabinets, large kitchen with island, woodburning stove, and every bedroom has a lakeview. The is a TV/VCR/CD/DVD player in the family room along with a TV/DVD in the master along with TV/DVD in the third bedroom. The large outdoor deck looks over Lake Tahoe and the Agate Bay pier and buoy field.
There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming.
*For bigger groups, this home is 5 houses away from the Dapkus home and a very short walk to the Rice home.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
