This charming 1300 sq. foot two bedroom/two bath with a loft has nice furniture appointments and very open floor plan for easy conversations. The loft area has 4 twins and a bath with an additional TV with VCR.

There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming.

* For winter tenants, this home has parking for one to two cars (based on the size of the cars). You can park an additional car in our parking lot (1 block away) provided you let us know you are staying at the Higgins home.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

For bigger groups, this home is a couple homes away from the Pfeiffer home and a very short walk to the Tash, Nelson, and Nor Cal homes.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
