This five bedroom/three bath home is only a one minute walk to the pool (summer). The house has all new beds, furniture, and wood floors. The newly remodeled kitchen faces the dining room with the back deck containing a hot tub. The living room has a large rock fireplace, TV & DVD plus stereo. The downstairs bedroom has a futon and there is an extra TV & VCR (kids area?). There is a two car garage with a ping pong table and fooz ball table.

For larger groups, this home is next door to the Wrench home and two doors away from the Roberts home.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
