This Old Tahoe style cabin offers a tenant the best of the old and the new. The home has been extensively remodeled and features clear douglas fir floors, rock fireplace, knotty pine accents, new hot tub, and nicely landscaped parcel with a fenced back yard. The home has tasteful furniture appointments that remind people they are in the mountains.
The location of the home is hard to beat. A tenant can walk to Sunnyside Restaurant, Fire Sign Cafe, the private Tahoe Park Association beach (www.laketahoeparkassociation.com/tahoepark.htm), and other conveniences or take the bike path to Tahoe City. Close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood ski areas.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
