Driving Directions to Agate Bay Realty and North Lake Tahoe

To Agate Bay Realty From Hwy 80 (San Francisco/Sacramento):   Follow the signs for 80 East (Reno).  Take the last exit in Truckee "Lake Tahoe; Hwy 267" Exit. Then follow the signs that say Hwy 267 to Lake Tahoe.  You will take Hwy 267 for 13 miles (you will pass Northstar-at-Tahoe).  Hwy 267 will dead end into Hwy 28 in Kings Beach.  Turn right on Hwy 28 and continue for 4 miles until you enter Carnelian  Bay.  You will pass a 7-11 on your right and about 200 yards further on the right hand side you will see us at 4991 North Lake Blvd (directly across from Gar Woods Bar & Grill front door).

To Agate Bay Realty From the Reno Airport:  Take Hwy 395 North for about 2 miles to Hwy 80 West  (indicating to Sacramento). You will be on Hwy 80 for about 35 miles.  Exit first chance in Truckee (Hwy 267).  You will take Hwy 267 for 13 miles (you will pass Northstar-at-Tahoe).  Hwy 267 will dead end into Hwy 28 in Kings Beach.  Turn right on Hwy 28 and continue for 4 miles until you enter Carnelian  Bay.  You will pass a 7-11 on your right and about 200 yards further on the right hand side you will see us at 4991 North Lake Blvd (directly across from Gar Woods Bar & Grill front door).
