This home has wonderful ambiance with cedar floors, numerous skylights, and an open floor plan. Equipped with nice mountain furniture appointments, island in the kitchen and a commercial Wolf range, this home makes it easy to slip into vacation mode. The living room has a TV & VCR and stereo along with a sectional couch. Between the living room and kitchen there is a woodstove that can heat the entire home. The upstairs bath has a deep claw foot bathtub and shower and double vanity. There is a large secluded deck with a propane BBQ, patio furniture including lounge chairs that connects the main home to the in-law unit.

The two story in-law unit is another great feature of this home. The main level of the in-law unit has a queen bed and bathroom and the downstairs contains a couch plus a futon, TV and VCR, stereo, small refrigerator, and a small woodstove. There is a single futon downstairs in the law unit as well (no sheets provided).

*This home has access to the pool and tennis courts but not the pier and buoy field. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

For bigger groups, this home is a few doors away from the Glaser home.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
