This sunny home provides the best of both worlds; it backs up to forest on one side and provides a nice filtered lakeview with a hot tub on the other side. The upstairs has a real open feel because the kitchen (newly remodeled), living room, and dining room are all open to one another for easy conversations. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a double vanity bathroom and the other three bedrooms are located downstairs.

For those of you with dog allergies, the owner of this home has a dog but the home is not dog friendly.

For larger groups, this home is a couple houses away from the Tash home and a short walk to the Higgins and Pfeiffer homes.

The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.

All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
