This all wood "ski lodge" type home is located on over a half acre parcel that backs to forest with spa on back deck. The home features vaulted ceilings, large rock fireplace, two car garage, all wood walls, and newly remodeled kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a Thermador commercial range and oven, new cabinets and appliances, and new counter tops. The bathrooms have new vanities and the master bathroom has a heated tile floor. The new Ralph Lauren furniture and linens (1000 thread count) sets this house apart from the typical rent home. The living room and kitchen are open to one another for easy conversations. Living room has a 42" flat screen TV and VCR/CD/DVD player plus digital cable. The upstairs bedroom with the bunks and twins has a TV that is perfect for kids.
There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming.
For bigger groups, this house is only a couple houses away from Roycraft home.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
