This single level home is located on a quiet street and is real close to hiking and biking trails. The house features a nice large deck with a hot tub, vaulted ceilings, rock fireplace, and an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining room all open to one another for easy conversations.
For bigger groups, this home is a few houses away from the Mullin home and a short walk to the Edgar and Bagley/Horn homes.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
