This home has a hot tub on the back deck facing the forest and has a nice Tahoe cabin ambiance. The home features a newer sunny deck with built in benches, secluded setting (end of cul-de-sac and the home backs up to forest), and newly remodeled bathrooms. There is a badminton court and horseshoes in the summer and a great snow play area for kids in the winter. The upstairs bedroom is great for kids with a bunk set, two twin beds, and a TV with DVD.
In the winter, there is only parking for two cars. There is additional parking, with notice, available at Agate Bay Realty (1 block away).
There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming.
*This home has access to the pool and tennis courts but not the pier and buoy field. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
For larger groups, this home is a few house away from the Higgins home and a very short walk to the Tash and Nelson homes.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
