The single level home gets great southern exposure sun and features a rock fireplace, large wrap around deck, newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, cedar walls, new wood floors, and an open floor plan for easy conversations. The hot tub faces the forest for a private feel.
There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming.
*For winter tenants, this home has a pretty steep driveway. When the driveway has snow on it you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway. Of course this depends on your car, snow driving experience, and driveway conditions.
For larger groups, this home is only a couple doors down from the Nelson home, Higgins home, and and about 6 houses away from the Pfeiffer home.
The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
