This 4 BR/2 BA dog friendly home is located in Agate Bay, between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, in north Lake Tahoe. The house features a new redwood deck with hot tub, large rock fireplace with woodstove insert, newly remodeled kitchen, two car garage, and a large loft area that has 5 twin beds a fooz ball table, TV & DVD player. In addition, there is a pool table with TV and small refrigerator located above the garage. For summer tenants, a dog friendly beach is located about 1/2 mile from the property (10 minute walk).
There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming.
For larger groups, the house is a couple doors down from the Rice home and across the street from the Brogden home.
*This home has access to the Agate Bay pool and tennis courts but not the pier facilities. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
